Our goals at this event are to promote local
businesses, inspire brides and grooms, and to
encourage solid and committed marriages.
The Big Fake Wedding® is a bridal show alternative complete with an emotional
vow renewal ceremony, signature cocktails and a dance party.
This vendor guide will be a great resource in showing you who did what, leaving
room for you to keep track of who you have met, loved and booked!
On the last page, you will find a wedding planning timeline that will be helpful to
reference as you connect with and book vendors.
MEET OUR COUPLE
Grant and Katherine were friends in high school
but did not reconnect until six years later...
when she was a senior in college and he was on the six year college plan.
They met again at a mutual friend’s band show at Two Story Coffee in
Athens, Georgia. The connection was immediate! It was familiar and new
all at the same time. This chance encounter changed their lives forever.
They were engaged eleven months later and tied the knot four months
after that! Although it was fast and wild, they both feel like their whole
lives led them to that moment. Tonight, they are celebrating eight years
