WCC 2018 Tallinn, Estonia
At the WCC 2018 held in Tallinn, Estonia, IBA hosted 100 competitors, 290 delegates and 22
Associate members who participated in a very competitive, dynamic and creative event.
The championships were also attended by a variety of Estonian visitors from students, local
bartenders and consumers who enjoyed the competition and sampled various drinks and cocktails
on offer.

3 cl Coconut milk (float) Royale mix: 150g Bacardi Oak-heart Smoked Cinnamon, 85g
boiled black tea 'Royale Marzipan', 285g Nutella, 2g Tonka beans,
Garnish with sea salt & coffee chocolate 3g sea salt.
