ITINERARY
8am		              Arrival & Registration
		                 Please meet us at the ‘Golfers Bag Drop’ located outside the golf reception for valet parking.
		                 Dress code: golfing attire.

8am		              Breakfast
		                 Breakfast will be served in the Corporate Golf Lounge and Stables Restaurant – a selection of
		                 pastries, bacon rolls and fruit juices will be available.

8.45am Perfect Your Technique
		     Warm up before you tee off with a practice on a full-length driving range, short game area and
		putting green.

10am		  Shotgun Start
		      Enjoy a round of golf on a course which has hosted the World Golf Championships, won by
		      Tiger Woods, and been tested by the best in the world. This will be a shotgun start with
		      a briefing taking place at 9.45am.

12.30pm Hog Roast Lunch
		      A hog roast will be served outside the Halfway House as golfers ‘turn’ from 12.30pm.

3pm		              Hotel Check-In
		                 For all guests that have booked a room, hotel check-in is from 3pm.

4pm		              Post-Golf Drinks
		                 Post-golf drinks will be served in the Stables Courtyard.

6pm		              Pre-Dinner Drinks
		                 Pre-dinner drinks will be served in the Walled Garden with evening entertainment.

7pm		              Charity Gala Dinner
		                 The charity gala dinner will be served in the Amber Suite, which is a short walk from The
		                 Grove’s Walled Garden. The main auction and live entertainment will take place after dinner.

DRESS CODE
Golf attire should be worn for the golf day. The Grove does not have a shoe hire facility, however there is a well
stocked golf shop. Clubs can be rented for £50 per person. The dress code for dinner and drinks is lounge suits
and cocktail dresses.

LOCKER ROOMS
The use of a locker requires a four digit code to lock any valuables away. Full shower facilities are provided.

                                            The ASOS Made In Kenya range (formerly ASOS Africa) was launched in
                                            2009 - designed by ASOS and manufactured in Kenya by SOKO, a social
                                             enterprise. As SOKO grew, the company moved to a new eco factory in
                                                           Wildlife Works conservation area in the Kasigau Corridor.

                                                   As the success of the collection has grown, SOKO has been able to
                                              employ more tailors and now provides livelihoods for over 45 people in
                                                the Kasigau region. ASOS Foundation has worked alongside Wildlife
                                             Works Carbon Trust and the SOKO Community Trust to support initiatives
                                               which increase the capacity for local people to be able to take up these
                                                                 employment opportunities, by supporting education,
                                                                                       skills training and infrastructure.

RULES OF PLAY
                                                                           Today, we’re playing what’s called a ‘shamble’.

                                                                           No, we’re not judging your ball skills! A ‘shamble’ is a golf tournament format in which a team
                                                                           of golfers selects the best drive amongst them after teeing off, then all four play their own golf
                                                                           balls from that position, all the way until they’re in the hole.

                                                                           A shamble has two upsides. First, as your team is selecting the best drive from four, there’s less
                                                                           pressure on everyone’s drive and all the golfers on your team should get to play their approach
                                                                           shots from decent positions on the fairway (unless the entire team has messed up their drive, in
                                                                           which case you all deserve to face some difficulty!). Secondly, everyone gets to play their own
                                                                           game from then on, so still gets a regular game and their own score for the day. So you can
                                                                           think of a ‘shamble’ as a scramble off the tee, and then regular stroke play into the hole. Here’s

                                                                           SHAMBLE, PART 1:

                                                                           A Scramble Off The Tee. Like in a scramble, all four members of a team tee off and the best
                                                                           drive of the four tee shots is selected. All players move their balls to the spot of that best drive.
                                                                           That is the location from which each golfer plays his or her second stroke. Just one condition:
                                                                           by the end of your round, you must have used at least two drives from each person in your
                                                                           team.

                                                                           SHAMBLE, PART 2:

                                                                           ‘Real Golf’ Into The Hole. Once each golfer has played their second shot, they continue play-
                                                                           ing their own golf ball into the hole. No more choosing the best of the second shots, best of the

                                                                           third shots, etc, as you’d do in a scramble – that scramble element is only used for the tee shots.
                                                                           Each golfer then just plays his or her own ball into the hole. They play ‘real golf’, in other words.
                                                                           OK?

                                                                           There are two main competitions up for grabs today across the 18 holes:
                                                                           An individual stableford – where just your own score counts.
                                                                           A team stableford – where the best two scores from your team of four on each hole will count.

                                                 specialist roles have been created at Centrepoint’s new Barnsley
                                                 service, which will support homeless young people in the town.
                                                 A psychotherapist and a healthy relationship advisor will join
                                                 the new team in Barnsley to support homeless young people
                                                 with complex needs. These vary but often occur at the same
                                                 time: mental ill health, homelessness, drug and alcohol misuse,
                                                 offending, and family breakdown. The support provided by
                                                 the ASOS Foundation will mean that young people get tailored
                                                 support and a flexible service to fit around their needs.

                                  history lesson. Each song is played in chronological order - mixed live on turntables - and complemented with
                                  archival concert footage / music videos on massive screens (narrated by a virtual spaceship air hostess), led
                                  by Hot Dub’s own rapturous MCing and hugely animated antics. For audiences, Hot Dub Time Machine’s show
                                  surpasses the realms of a regular live gig – it’s a celebration of life, of happiness and unity. It breaks down the
                                  barriers to entry that exist in so many realms of music, and in the way we consume and enjoy it.

                                  Reflective of the Hot Dub project’s success thus far - 2017 has witnessed the project’s creative expansion into
                                  ‘Hot Dub Wine Machine’, a boutique one day, adult contemporary event, headlined by Hot Dub performing his
                                  signature two hour set, in addition to a festival sized line up of leading Australian bands and DJs, fine wine and
                                  food – with the events taking place on custom-built stages amongst the grapevines in several of Australia’s leading
                                  wine regions. The announcement of Wine Machine was met by a rapturous response from Australian fans, with the
                                  entire tour sold out and a huge success in each city, and already slated for return in 2018. Next up Hot Dub will
                                  head to the UK for the summer festival season, with a highlight including playing a headline, 9,000 capacity show
