Recreation BANQUET HALL AND MEETING ROOM RENTALS Whether planning an important business meeting, family party, wedding reception, Bar/Bat Mitzvah, First Communion, birthday party, baby or bridal shower, the Solon Community Center is the ideal location. Conveniently and centrally located, the Solon Community Center is reasonably priced and is geared for a variety of personal and business functions. The community center features three meeting rooms along a large banquet hall and a fully equipped catering kitchen. Parties being held on Friday and Saturday must conclude by 12:00 am. Functions being held Sunday through Thursday must conclude by 11:00 pm. Arts Dance SCA dance classes encourage creativity while emphasizing proper technique and terminology so students can become strong, knowledgeable, and passionate dancers. Each student will learn steps in a progressive manner that will allow them to focus on body placement, timing, fluidity, musicality, and expression. SCA dance instructors teach with a nurturing and supportive attitude so students are able to learn in an environment conducive for growth and development. • It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that students wishing to advance their technique take a ballet class AND a second technique class. • SCA’s Annual Dance Recital will be held on Saturday, May 18, 2019. A MANDATORY dress rehearsal will take place on the week of May 13. • SCA offers low-cost, high quality dance education.
