Radio Row | Artist Appreciation Lounge … v The lpb group in conjunction with dick clark productions will host the 2014 Artist Appreciation Lounge from Cumulus Radio’s “Radio Row” honoring the Billboard Music Awards. Be a part of what will be the place to be seen by some of the world’s biggest artists! The concept of Radio Row is to entice artist to stop by their top market radio stations to promote their upcoming albums. This will help ensure artist foot traffic over the award show weekend.
Presenting Sponsor v • Company name co-branded with all materials associated with lounge • Product exclusivity within brand category • Digital coverage- gift lounge segment will run in the digital red carpet pre show on Yahoo.com • Brand will be highlighted in segment • VOD of segment delivered for promotional purposes • Sponsor logo on official invite that will be received by all presenters, performers and nominees • Sponsor’s name prominently placed in press release • Direct access to press and talent attending the lounge • Estimated 20x10 area within lounge (include branded display) • Up to four on-site company reps • Dedicated Getty photographer for the two days • Dedicated publicist to assist with all press coverage • Two tickets to events surrounding the award show weekend and rehearsal passes Total Investment: $50,000.00
Platinum Sponsorship … v • Product exclusivity • Sponsor logo on official invite that will be received by all presenters, performers and nominees Sponsor’s name prominently placed in press release • Digital coverage- gift lounge segment will run in the digital red carpet pre show on Yahoo.com • Brand will be highlighted in segment • VOD of segment delivered for promotional purposes • Direct access to press and talent attending the lounge • Estimated 10x10 area within lounge (include branded display) • Up to four on-site company reps • Disc of all photographs taken at the lounge over the two days • Inclusion in all press outreach surrounding the lounge • Two tickets to events surrounding the award show weekend and rehearsal Total investment: $25,000

Digital Media Overview… v What are the benefits of digital media coverage? • As an added bonus, all the events from the gift lounge to the parties are integrated into the digital coverage to organically integrate sponsor activations into the red carpet live stream. The hosts for these features are chosen based on their already established social media followings. • With multi-stage/multi-camera capabilities, the live stream will feature hosts conducting interviews with celebrity attendees as well as celebrity stylist commentary to highlight red carpet fashions. Some past hosts include: Lance Bass, Audrina Patridge, Karmen, Striker, Zendaya, Adriana Costas, RHONJ, Jenna Ushkowitz,, Jordin Sparks, Jake Owen, Colbie Caillat, among others. • dcp creates a second layer to the programming by making content available to media outlets. Gift bag Sponsorship… v • Sponsor logo on official invite that will be received by all presenters, performers, nominees and management of those attending/participating in the award show • Sponsor’s name on press release • Product inclusion in all gift bags • Product will be displayed within main display located in lounge • NO ON SITE REP • Disc of all photographs taken at the lounge over the two days • Inclusion in all promotional official gift bag giveaways in print or online Total Investment: $2,500
As a sponsor you will need to provide … v In addition to the sponsorship fee, décor and signage for your area , we request that each sponsor provide a range of products at the lounge to effectively showcase your line. We suggest a “tiered giving” plan. This should include: 50 VIP pieces for targeted artist, VIP executives, and other celebrities attending the lounge. (Please note these numbers are negotiable for fine jewelry, electronics and other luxury items). These items should be “key” pieces that you would like to have photographed and serve as an illustration of your company. 20 promotional pieces for media members, talent entourages and band members. These items can range from less expensive items from collection, branded items such as tee shirts, tote bags, or limited edition pieces created for the lounge. 15 VIP Pieces for our editor “teaser” gift bags. These gift bags will be distributed to various outlets to help plan media coverage and for press giveaways on-line or in print, “win this”, “lucky reader giveaway” etc. These items will need to be sent to the lpb office prior to show date.
