The Round One Application deadline for the BH
Education Grant is August 15, 2021. To learn

Advance Child Tax Credit
Beginning on July 15, the first
installment of automatic direct
payments of the Advance Child Tax
Credit will be sent to most Maryland
families. The payments consist of
$300 per child under age 6 and $250
per child from ages 6 to 17, and
payments will be dispersed monthly
through the end of the year. Any
money not received through
December of this year can be claimed
when filing tax returns in 2022.
Nearly all families in Maryland should
receive their monthly payment
without any further action required.
However, families that don’t usually
file tax returns should register for the
Advance Child Tax Credit and update
important information by using the
IRS Child Tax Credit Non-filer Sign-up

We have begun street repairs in
the town. The first phase will be
repairing curbs and walkways
that are needed and the second
phase will include mill and
resurfacing streets. They have
begun with Goucher Drive and
Nevada Street and will continue
with Cunningham Drive and
Quebec Place.

BECA DE EDUCACIÓN DE BERWYN HEIGHTS

Educación BH es el 15 de agosto de 2021. Para obtener más

CRÉDITO TRIBUTARIO ANTICIPADO POR HIJOS
A partir del 15 de julio, se enviará a la mayoría
de las familias de Maryland la primera cuota de
los pagos directos automáticos del Crédito
tributario por hijos por adelantado. Los pagos
consisten en $ 300 por niño menor de 6 años y $
250 por niño de 6 a 17 años, y los pagos se
distribuirán mensualmente hasta fin de año.
Cualquier dinero que no se haya recibido hasta
diciembre de este año se puede reclamar al
presentar las declaraciones de impuestos en
2022. Casi todas las familias de Maryland
deberían recibir su pago mensual sin que se
requiera ninguna otra acción. Sin embargo, las
