Dear Parish Family,
Jesus is truly risen just as He said! This
fundamental reality, this foundational
understanding of the nature of
existence, is our Christian core. It’s not
an intellectual system or an ethical
code. The truth that Jesus is alive colors
and effects the way we live our lives. It
reminds us where our joy comes from
and what gives us hope in times of trial.
The knowledge that He’s Alive is the
basis of everything we say and do as
Christians!
As we celebrate and commemorate this
fundamental truth of our Faith, allow
me to wish you and those you love a
very Happy Easter! Your priests are
praying for you each and every day. If
you need anything, we’re around.

Women of all ages are invited to
study The Eucharist in
Scripture on Thursday mornings
from April 13th through May
18th. The Fox Valley Catholic
Bible Study for Women is
sponsored by St. Peter, St.
Patrick, St. John Neumann and
Holy Cross parishes. The group is in its 25th year!
We meet from 9 AM to 11 AM at St. Patrick’s Crane
Road Church (6N491 Crane Road, St Charles). Sessions
include a reflection speaker followed by discussion of
the weekly lesson in small groups. The $20
registration fee includes the study materials.
Structured childcare is offered for children age 2-6 for
a one-time fee of $10. Children under 2 will stay with
their mothers in a special group. Partial and full
scholarships are available upon request. A

hosting a “Finding Joy after Divorce” program
beginning April 13th. Using the video series,
“Living Joy” by Chris Stefanick, this program will
help participants find the faith-filled path to joy in
their lives. Participants will meet once a month on
the second Thursday to view the video and
explore/ discuss strategies to help find joy in life
after divorce.
