INTRODUCTION THE MEGA APPRENTICESHIP MODEL Welcome to the MEGA Networks Apprenticeship The MEGA Apprenticeship Model describes what an apprenticeship is, its Model Information Booklet benefits, the entry criteria and the pathway involved. The MEGA Apprenticeship Model describes what an apprenticeship is, its benefits, the entry criteria and the NI has a strong manufacturing heritage and drives world-class innovation. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Apprentices are required to work their employer’s standard hours per week (normally between 38hrs - 42hrs), including release from work to attend college classes. Apprentices are expected to attend work when the training provider is closed or there are no classes on. The successful completion of an apprenticeship is the result of the combined efforts of many. If you fill one of these roles, see the lists below Holidays for information about what your responsibilities may include. The annual holiday schedule is set out by the employer before the beginning of the new year.
