IGU Council meeting in Paris, France 01 June 2015, Agenda item 5 Appointment and Election of the IGU Executive Committee According to Article 9.1 in the Articles of Association (AoA), the IGU Council shall every three years appoint a new Executive Committee (EXC). The EXC governs IGU in accordance with the aims and means approved by the Council and represents the interests of IGU in all matters. According to Article 9 of the AoA - there are four different groups of members in the EXC: 1. Appointment of the IGU officers The President, the Vice President, the Immediate Past President, the Chair and the Vice Chair of the Coordination Committee are automatically appointed as members. 2. Appointment of representatives from Charter members responsible for IGU Committees The 11 Charter members were elected by the IGU Council in October 2014 in Berlin. Consequently, they had to nominate an individual representative to be endorsed by the IGU Council in Paris, France. IGU Council meeting in Paris, France 01 June 2015, Agenda item 5 3. Election of candidates nominated by Charter Members. These candidates are nominated from Charter members not already represented in the EXC as per items 1) and 2) above, and where the Charter members have informed the President that their candidates are able and willing to accept such a responsibility. This process makes it possible for Charter members to qualify for active participation in the EXC without having a Chair position in the IGU Committees. This also gives the IGU Council the opportunity to elect members offering the EXC the best possible global balance and completing the EXC structure with participation from all the regions in the world, if this has not already been achieved. Since more than six Charter members have sought election, a secret voting procedure will take place during the IGU Council meeting in Paris, France on 1 June. According to article 9.1 AoA six representatives shall be elected from the Charter members. The representatives from the Associate members have been elected through on electronic voting procedure among the Associate members. Augusto Salomon Mr. Augusto Salomon is the Executive President of the Brazilian Association of Piped Gas Distributors - ABEGÁS, and has worked in the gas market since 1992, when he founded GAS BRASIL – a B2B networking site for natural gas sector. He has a degree in Computer Science, and a MBA's in Project and Business Management. He is a co-founder of pioneer in Brazil "Syspro Engeneering & Holding”, a developer of wireless communication technology company. He was a Project Manager at the Center for Development Research Informatics and Automation, an arm of the Minis try of Science and Technology of the Federal Government for the state -of-the-art software development and technology exporter. Since 2006, he has been working for ABEGÁS, representing all piped gas distributors in the country, helping in the improvement of political agendas that benefit the gas industry.

Personal Information CHE Lixin, born in 1967, is a citizen of the People's Republic of China. She is a professor of engineering with a doctor degree in gas engineering. Now she is the president of Beijing Gas Group Research Institute. She is in charge of the R&D projects issued by Beijing Gas Group and the government, and the standards editing of different levels. In addition, she leads the technology planning of Beijing Gas Group and the founding of its R&D Center. As a gas expert of the government, she actively participates in the assessment of various major projects. Her scientific research achievements have made a contribution to domestic gas technology progress and the standardization establishment of new energy application technology at home. 2. Educational Background From 1986 to 1993, CHE Lixin studied in Harbin University of Civil Engineering and Architecture and got her bachelor and master degrees of engineering. She majored in heat supply, natural gas supply, ventilation and air-conditioning engineering. From 2004 to 2007, she took the same major in Harbin Institute of Technology and got her doctor degree of engineering. 3. Eduardo Pizano is the President of Naturgas, the Colombian Natural Gas Association since December 2009. The organization groups Producers, Transporters and Distributors of natural gas in Colombia. Natural gas represents 25% of total primary energy in Colombia. He holds a Law degree from Universidad de los Andes, and a graduate degree: MPA, from the Kennedy School of Government in Harvard University. Before joining Naturgas, he held various positions in the public and private sector, as Consultant (2002-2009), Minister of Economic Development of Colombia (2001 -2002), Chief of Staff of the Colombian Presidency (2000- 2002), President of the Colombian National Telecommunications Company (1998 – 2000), Senator of Colombia (1991 -1998), and Head of Public Affairs for the Royal Dutch Shell Group companies in Colombia (1986 - 1991).

ABDULLA A. AL-HUSSAINI MARKETING DIRECTOR BIOGRAPHY Abdulla is the Marketing Director of Qatargas Operating Company Ltd. He leads the Marketing Department’s effort in the origination, evaluation and execution of all LNG sales agreements. Prior to this position, Abdulla was the Assistant Marketing Director of the Short-Term Trading & Optimization Division where Qatargas short- term trading platform and controls where set up enabling it to effectively handle all Qatargas spot and short-term transactions. Abdulla was also previously the Head of LNG Marketing for East of Suez market deducting most of his time in Japan in addition to developing other Asian and Middle Eastern markets. He has been with Qatargas since 2004, and was the International Gas Union’s Secretary for the LNG Committee in the past. He is an active member of Nebras Power Board of Directors. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Texas.
