OCTOBER 2021 An Autumn Poem Every night, someone comes about 10 or 11pm, quietly opens the door and replaces the masks hanging by the door with fresh ones. Last night being the last day of summer, I let my mind wander and realized: ‘Twas the night before Autumn and all through our Attic, Not a creature was stirring, not even a tick. The masks were all hung by the doorway with care In hopes that the COVID would no longer be here. Don Wright ATTIC ANGEL 1 COMMUNITY
2021 Holiday Galore & More Sale By Michele Joslyn, Holiday Sale Assistant Co-Chair Can you believe that we are just a few weeks away from our Holidays Galore & More Sale at the Association office? Please mark your calendars for Friday, November 5 from 9:00-4:00 and Saturday, November 6 from 9:00-1:00. We are so excited to have a sale this year! While it may look a little different with volunteers and shoppers wearing masks, we are confident it will fill you with holiday cheer while you find some wonderful decorations, bakery items, and gift ideas! Below is the Holiday Sale Order Form for pre-orders of our popular food products: dried cranberries, local liquid honey, organic fair trade coffee, and dried cherries. The deadline to order items is Friday, October 15 so do not delay. We will also have the opportunity at the Fall Luncheon to sign up for pre-orders of Cindy Zeller’s famous peanut brittle and Sue Bush’s melt in your mouth caramels! All of these make delicious gifts to give to others or to enjoy yourselves. There will be some great raffle items this year, too. Look for athletic tickets, a spa basket, and a wine & charcuterie basket just to name a few. Raffle tickets will be sold at the Fall Luncheon as well as at the Association office ($5 each or 5 for $20). Finally, we are still accepting your gently used/new holiday items in the Association basement (no trees or string lights please). We are so appreciative of the generosity of our Angels and we thank you for your continued support. We look forward to seeing you at the sale! ATTIC ANGEL 2 COMMUNITY

Worxhub Signup By Mike Drescher Worxhub is the work order and preventive maintenance system that we use to track, update, and respond to work requests. We are pleased to inform you that you are able to directly enter work orders for your unit! When you enter a work order yourself, you have the option to be notified when the work order is updated and any notes that the technician left; such as ‘parts are on order’. You will also be able to see your work order history of past requests for your unit. In order to sign you up, we just need your email address, since that will be your username; it is also the email address where your work order update notifications will go. If you are interested in signing up, please put in a work order with Reception; saying “I want to sign-up for Worxhub” and give your email address. Thank you! ATTIC ANGEL 3 COMMUNITY
