Registration CREDITS & REFUNDS PROGRAMS PASSES Full credits or refunds will be processed by contacting Reception a Passes are non-transferable and a $5 replacement card fee applies if minimum of 7 DAYS for Pro-D Day, Winter Break, Spring Break and lost or stolen. Credits and refunds are not available for promotional Summer Camps and 3 DAYS for all other courses prior to program or Regional Passes. Leaves less than 30 days may be granted for West Shore Parks & Recreation cancels a program or when a program medical reasons (with doctor’s note). Bookings can include up to three participants with no additional charge. The primary booker is responsible for coordinating participants (of similar ability - within a 3 level range), and paying in full upon registration. 1:1 in-water parent participation is required for children under 3, and recommended for first time swimmers of pre-school age.
