A FARMLIFE
    Our Agriturismo is at the heart of an agricultural estate of 32 hecta-
    res that mainly produces legumes, cereals, fruit and vegetables.
    But there is a number of young olive trees as well. The olive harve-
    sting is still done by hand and with utmost care in the months of
    October and November. The cold pressing process ensures the
    production of an excellent extra virgin olive oil. Our grape varieties
    include Aglianico, Montepulciano, Primitivo, Greco di Tufo and Mal-
    vasia and provide the basis, not only for hight quality wines, but
    also for the preparation of grape juice and fine grape marmalade.

GENUINE FOOD

    Al Refolo we are passionate about everything to
    do with food from the growing and harvesting, to
    the preparation, serving, and eating. Our menus
    change often because they start with what’s in
    season and arriving on our doorstep from local
    farmers.

    Our menu are focused on reinterpreting tradition.
    Regional Apulian food comes in vegan and vege-
    tarian form.

Travelling by Train
Reliable rail links are guaranteed by the private railway company FAL (Ferrovie Appulo-Lucane). They connect Gravina in Puglia
with the provincial capitals Bari and Potenza. Gravina in Puglia is also easy to reach using the trains of the State Railways (Ferro-
vie dello Stato) operating on the route Gioia del Colle-Rocchetta S. Antonio.

Shuttle Bus Service
For groups consisting of at least 20 people, we accept advance bookings and do offer a shuttle service. The bus will pick up our
guests directly from their point of arrival (airport, train station, etc.) and will also accompany them back.
