Vaccine Administration – New Jersey Phased Order of Priority Currently, vaccines are available to: Individuals in Phase 1A: Includes paid and unpaid persons serving in health care settings who have the potential for direct or indirect exposure to patients or infectious materials as well as residents and staff of long-term congregate settings. Certain Individuals in Phase 1B: Includes sworn law enforcement, fire professionals, and other first responders (including search and rescue and similar personnel not included in Phase 1A under the health care professional definition). These professions, as first responders, are the first priority group within Phase 1B. Note: Individuals 75 years and older are also included in Phase 1B. 11
Vaccine Tracker – New Jersey Phased Order of Priority • The movement between vaccination eligibility phases will be fluid. One phase may overlap with another. • Not all individuals in each phase will be vaccinated before opening to additional groups, and not all groups within a specific phase will be made eligible to receive the vaccine at the same time. • Once vaccine availability expands, vaccination will advance to Phase 1C and then Phase 2. 12
Vaccine Tracker – New Jersey Phased Order of Priority Phase 1C: will include other essential workers, adults 65 and over, and persons aged 16-64 with medical conditions that increase the risk for severe COVID-19 as defined by the CDC. Following these phases, the general public (Phase 2) will be eligible for vaccination. 13

Vaccine Tracker – Pennsylvania Phased Order of Priority Currently, vaccines are available to: Individuals in Phase 1A: Includes long-term care facility residents, health care personnel including, but not limited to emergency medical service personnel, nurses, nursing assistants, physicians, dentists, dental hygienists, chiropractors, therapists, phlebotomists, pharmacists, technicians, pharmacy technicians, health professions students and trainees, direct support professionals, clinical personnel in school settings or correctional facilities, contractual HCP not directly employed by the health care facility, persons not directly involved in patient care but potentially exposed to infectious material that can transmit disease among or from health care personnel and patient paid and unpaid persons serving in health care settings who have the potential for direct or indirect exposure to patients or infectious materials as well as residents and staff of long-term congregate settings. 15
Vaccine Tracker – Pennsylvania Phased Order of Priority Followed by: Individuals in Phase 1B: Includes people ages 75 and older, people in congregate settings not otherwise specified as long-term care facilities and persons receiving home and community-based services, first responders, correctional officers and other workers serving people in congregate care settings not included in Phase 1A, food and agricultural workers, U.S. Postal Service workers, manufacturing workers, grocery store worker, education workers, clergy and other essential support for houses of worship, public transit workers, and individuals caring for children or adults in early childhood and adult day programs 16

It covers essential workers in the following sectors: transportation and logistics, water and wastewater, housing construction, food service, finance, including bank tellers, information technology, communications, energy, legal services, federal, state, county and local government, including elected officials, members of the judiciary and their staffs, media, public safety and public health 17

New Jersey Vaccination Mega-Sites - 6 Locations ▸ Rockaway Townsquare mall site (Morris County) ▸ Rowan College of South Jersey in Sewell (Gloucester County) ▸ Moorestown Mall (Burlington County) ▸ NJ Convention and Exposition Center (Middlesex County) ▸ Atlantic City Convention Center (Atlantic County) ▸ Racetrack at Meadowlands (Bergen County) ▹ The goal is to administer at least 2,400 a day, seven days a week. ▹ Vaccine supply remains limited; it will likely be another few months before the general public can get shots at the mega-sites. 25
New Jersey Vaccination Sites ▸ ShopRite, which began vaccinations at 39 NJ locations statewide earlier this month, says its appointments are booked for the foreseeable future and is telling customers to "check back at a later date." 26
Pennsylvania Vaccination Sites ▸ Mass vaccination site at Pennsylvania Convention Center - To start, the site isn't for everyone. First up are front-line health care workers, including home health care workers, in the 1A vaccination group who have already signed up. Police officers and transportation workers are in the next group set to get vaccinated. ▹ The vaccination site, in Hall F of the Convention Center, is designed to vaccinate between 100 to 450 people per hour and up to 4,500 people daily. It features stations for the shots to be given and seats spread out for monitoring people afterwards. 27
