5G service launches Some examples (1) © Hadden Telecoms Limited • Sunrise launched 5G FWA service in March 2019 • First smartphone sales started May 2 – Huawei Mate 20X 5G, then Samsung Galaxy S10 5G 700MHz & 3.5GHz spectrum • No data price increase at launch, now USD10/month premium for mobile and business users • 173 cities/villages with 5G coverage by early May 2019 • Uses 700 MHz and 3.5 GHz spectrum • Swisscom launched 5G on April 17, 2019 • Launched initially with Oppo Reno 5G, followed by LG (from May), Samsung (from July) and Huawei (Q3) 3.5GHz spectrum • Uses 3.5 GHz spectrum • Nationwide coverage planned by end 2019 7

Inseego 5G jetpack coming in 1H 2019 • Coverage expansion to at least 20 more cities planned in 2019 • Price promotion (initially free) then USD10/month premium • Sprint to launch 5G on May 31 starting in Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas , and Kansas City • Initial devices offered are HTC’s 5G Hub and the LG V50 ThinQ smartphone - which must be activated on the USD80/month Unlimited Premium plan 2.5GHz spectrum • Launched December 2018. 5G network currently in 19 cities • Users needed AT&T’s Netgear Nighthawk 5G “puck” (mifi hotspot) at launch 28GHz spectrum • Samsung Galaxy S10 5G planned, followed by at least 2 more phones in 2019 operating in 28 GHz and sub-6 GHz bands 8

Ten more cities will also get 5G later this year • First smartphones are OnePlus 7 Pro 5G and LG V50 ThinQ 5G 3.5GHz spectrum • Other devices coming include Samsung Galaxy S10 5G, Oppo Reno, hotspots from LG and HTC • No extra charge for 5G • From August, EE will launch a new Gamer’s Data Pass • Vodafone to launch 5G in 7 cities on July 3 , with 12 more cities by end 2019 • Xiaomi Mi MIX 3 5G smartphone on sale from May 23, Samsung S10 5G can be pre-ordered, 5G Gigacube (Huawei) planned for launch in the summer • In a worldwide first, Vodafone will also offer 5G roaming in the UK, 3.5GHz spectrum Germany, Italy and Spain over the summer • 5G data is priced the same as 4G for both consumers & business customers 9
5G activity in Russia © Hadden Telecoms Limited Several operators are understood to be engaged in various 5G-related network deployments, declared build commitments, undertaking or planning trials, investing in test labs, various studies, etc. Rostelecom (Bashinformsvyaz) and MegaFon have established a joint MTS venture company to develop 5G network infrastructure MegaFon Several trials are underway in sub-6 GHz and mmWave spectrum bands MOTIV 3.4 – 3.8 GHz will be a critical band for 5G development in Russia (as in Europe) Rostelecom (Tele2) Ericsson opened an Innovation Hub in Moscow in May 2019 to test innovations on live 5G and IoT networks Vimpelcom Nokia, Huawei also highly engaged with 5G support efforts including pilot trials etc. in the country Intensive policy and regulatory discussions are continuing 11
