Impact Holiday Programme is a fun--
packed, affordable week with great
activities and outings for children
between the ages of 5-12. We run for
four weeks throughout the year.
DATES FOR 2018: 22nd - 26th January / 16th - 20th April /
9th - 13th July / 8th - 12th October
Impact runs two separate programmes at the same venue for children
in school years 1-4 and school years 5-8. This allows us to plan most
activities to be age-related, with some activities being combined. A
typical day will start with a warm-up game and then a life-related
biblical based teaching which may include a DVD lesson and small
group discussion. After this programme, the day is spent doing
activities such as crafts, baking, planned sports and bus trips.
Our programmes are OSCAR approved which means we adhere to
strict policies and guidelines in areas such as staff to child ratios,
staff training & vetting, and safe environment. A copy of our Policy
& Procedures Manual is available at the registration desk.

Please remember to ...
• Drop off your child/ren between 8.50am and 9.10am. Children must be signed in
to the programme each day. There will be no one on the registration desk
outside of these hours.
• Provide a nutritious lunch/snacks and water bottle.
• Ensure all clothing is labelled.
• Your child/ren must wear a hat and sunscreen on outings in our Summer
and Autumn programmes.
• Children must wear covered footwear.
• Pick your child/ren up at 3pm. Parents will be charged an extra fee of $20
for every additional 30 minutes your child/ren are in our care after 3.15pm.
Holiday Programme Fees
Our programme costs are $30pd ($5/hour) and $35pd for the days we go out. Children must
enrol for at least two days in the programme.
Our programmes are OSCAR
approved, meaning that our Children Gross weekly income WINZ
programme could be free for you! Subsidy

that all children must be protected whilst in the sun. Please make sure your child/ren bring a named sunhat,
sunscreen will be provided before outings during our summer and autumn programmes. A water bottle will also
be needed.
The staff/child ratio will be as follows:
On site 1/:10 and on excursions 1:8. Children will be put into groups with one adult/staff member whose primary
responsibility will be the safety of the group. When on excursion a list of the children participating will be left at
the Tauranga Elim Church office. This information will also include the group’s whereabouts and the expected
time of return.
