DISABLED SUPPORTERS INFORMATION Millwall Football Club welcomes supporters with disabilities to The Den, and endeavours to make it an enjoyable and comfortable experience for everyone attending in SE16. The club wishes to ensure everyone attending a fixture at The Den is treated without prejudice, opposing all forms of unlawful or unfair discrimination on the grounds of disability. Disabled and personal assistant tickets can now be purchased online at millwalltickets.com Supporters wishing to visit The Den can contact Shona Groves, our dedicated Disabled Liaison Officer on 020 7232 1222, or email slo@millwallplc.com with any questions or requests for additional assistance. PARKING ACCESS There are 18 car park spaces for home supporters and eight car park spaces for away supporters in the vicinity of the stadium. Wheelchair supporters have priority for these spaces. For information around the availability of these spaces, please contact our disabled liaison officer on 020 7232 1222 as prior booking is essential. 11
DISABLED SUPPORTERS INFORMATION WHEELCHAIRS The designated area for supporters in wheelchairs is in the main stand, the Barry Kitchener Stand, Lower Tier. There are 78 wheelchair positions, each with a sit for a personal assistant. The club also provides 17 spaces for away supporters in the Lower North Stand. Please note the area is at pitch level, carrying risk of being hit by a ball or getting wetting should it rain. Seats for personal assistants provides a good view and the feedback from away supporters is that the Lower North Stand is the preferred option. One personal assistant is admitted free of charge with a wheelchair user. Personal assistants must obtain the relevant ticket from the Ticket Office, sit with the wheelchair user, and provide support to access club facilities. Access to the wheelchair area in the main stand is through Gate W1 or Gate W14. A lift is available to the wheelchair area to the right of Gate W1 and to the left of Gate W14. Access to the Lower North Stand is through Gate W1. The seating is at pitch level so no lift is required. Tickets can be purchased via the online Millwall Ticket Office. Please contact our disabled liaison officer on 020 7232 1222 for further assistance in securing tickets as prior booking is advisable. Visually impaired supporters can purchase tickets for all parts of the stadium so long as they can get to and from their chosen seat without difficulty. Visually impaired supporters that wish to bring a PA can do so free of charge so as long as the seating in the disabled area in either the Lower West/North Stand is utilised. We regret that we have no facilities for guide dogs at present. Hearing impaired supporters can purchase tickets for all parts of the stadium. Staff members in the Ticket Office will happily assist with the purchase of tickets for personal callers on or before matchday. The Den’s Ticket Office also provides designated windows with hearing loops fitted. Ambulant disabled supporters can purchase tickets for all parts of the stadium so long as they can get to and from their chosen seat without difficulty. Ambulant disabled supporters are also able to purchase tickets in the disabled area if, for example, they would prefer to use the lift to the area in the West Lower Stand. Seating in the disabled area is subject to availability and we recommend tickets are purchased in advance. 12

UNITED FOR CHANGE Millwall Football Club has a long and proud history of combating discrimination of all kinds both inside its stadium and within its local community. The club has a zero-tolerance policy against racial and all other forms of discrimination and want to again make clear to anybody who holds such views that you are not welcome at this football club. Millwall’s stance, as always, is that anybody found guilty of racial abuse is banned for life. In 2019, the club launched its ‘Hear Hate, Don’t Hesitate’ campaign – an official matchday reporting messaging service set-up to allow supporters to immediately report any abusive or inappropriate behaviour they witness on a matchday. If you see and/or hear anti-social behaviour and foul, abusive, homophobic or racist language, please inform the nearest steward or police officer, or text a block and row number in confidence, along with the word ‘Hate’, to 66777. In receiving information the club can then take immediate action to ensure that The Den continues to be a safe, secure and enjoyable environment for all supporters. For more information about Millwall’s proud history in this field please click here. THINK TWICE Booing the taking of the knee is having a hugely negative impact across the club, Academy and Community Trust, and on staff who work for Millwall, including the players, as well as other partners. Most importantly, it is also affecting so many of your fellow supporters. We urge you to THINK TWICE. 18
