WHY NOT HOLIDAY ON THE SUNSHINE COAST? With a reputation as an exclusive resort, Frinton retains an atmosphere of the 1920/30’s. Tree-lined avenues sweep down to the elegant Esplanade and cliff-top greensward, with its colourful Victorian-style beach huts. The sandy beach is quiet and secluded. The sea front is still lined by many Victorian style beach huts, reminiscent of the days when the town was a favourite retreat for the aristocracy and even royalty. Walton on the Naze, just a mile down the road is a family seaside resort with sandy beaches, seafront gardens and quaint narrow streets. The pier is the second longest in England, offering fairground rides, ten pin bowling and sea angling. Just to the north is The Naze, an unspoilt headland of heath, saltmarshes and sandy beaches. It is also the site of the 86 foot Octagonal Naze Tower which is currently used as a gallery spread across six floors and housing three exhibitions each year. Frinton on Sea is a mile from Walton on Naze which offers an indoor swimming pool, pier with amusements, also the Naze Tower which has regular art exhibitions and is home to old fossil relics and has stunning views from the tower. Sea trips to watch basking seals and other wildlife can be arranged. There is a variety of eating establishments both in Frinton and Walton to suit all tastes, as well as a selection of shops and summer theatre in Frinton and a market day in Walton. Clacton offers an improved pier with new undercover amusements and facilities for use all year round whatever the weather and a leisure centre in the town. We want you to have chosen the most suitable property for your needs and it is therefore important that you check any aspect before making your reservation as we would not want you to be disappointed. Sunshine Coast
Did you know Frinton on Sea have beach huts to rent out with a wide
choice of locations along its splendid Esplanade which stretches from
The Walings (the golf course area) to the Leas and Southcliff. Most
are well equipped and can help to make your holiday extra enjoyable.
Please note that beach huts do not form part of a contract and costs
may be subject to change.
Boydens only act as a booking agent and cannot guarantee that all huts are
maintained to a high standard as this is the responsibility of the owner, but are
checked before the season. It is asked you leave the hut in a clean and tidy
condition ready for next renter If a clean is required after departure then you
will be charged.

HUTS THAT RENT DAILY ARE £50 PER DAY THERE IS A

38BOOKING CONDITIONS
Once you have booked your accommodation which can be done online Payment
will be required 6 weeks before the holiday is due, unless the holiday commences
sooner then payment will be required at time of booking. Some properties require a
security deposit this will also be included in the invoice. This is refundable upon a
satisfactory inspection after departure.
Please read the Terms and Conditions before booking online as this will form a contract
and it will be your responsibility to agree to these terms.
• An admin fee of £15.00 will be charged for holiday lets;
• An admin fee of £15.00 will be charged for Beach Hut Rental;
• An admin fee of £25.00 will be charged if renting both holiday let and
beach together.
Holiday Insurance details are available on request and is recommended.
All holiday Makers are asked to provide all bed linen and towels unless otherwise
stated in the individual property descriptions.
All holiday let and Beach Hut keys should be returned by 10am on day of
departure, failure to do this will result in a charge of £15.00 being made.
Please note that no smoking is allowed in any of the Holiday let properties.
