 You’ll get a new card if…
 • You’re a new member to Collective Health

 • If you’ve changed your plan at all this year

 • If you enroll in the HSA or HRA for the first time

 • If you don’t make any changes to your medical, your same cards work for next
   year, you won’t get any cards.
