Information

THE LOCATION STAND CONTRACTOR
We are conveniently situated 5 miles from Junction 18 of A local company, Hirequirements Ltd, offers a low cost
the M6 motorway, close to the Jodrell Bank Radio package if required. Velcro compatible panels cost as little
Telescope, only 10 miles from Manchester International as £8.00 per running foot. Carpet, and a full range of
Airport and 4 miles from Holmes Chapel Railway Station furniture and accessories can be supplied
on the Crewe to Manchester line. See the Exhibitor Manual on-line from March 2021.
EXHIBITION OPEN HOURS 2021 EXHIBITOR SERVICES
■ Fork lift facilities available throughout – no booking
The exhibition will be open to visitors from 9.00am to necessary - free of charge.
5.00pm on TUESDAY September 7th and from 9.00am to
4.30pm on WEDNESDAY September 8th. ■ Fax / Photocopying and all office services in the
Organisers Office.
VISITOR PROFILE ■ Packed lunches and unlimited beverages served to the
stands during show open hours – all free of charge.
The visitor profile includes commercial growers & grower ■ Exhibitor Supper at the close of day 1
retailers, garden centres, multiple retailers, farm shops, – free of charge
local authorities, landscapers, garden designers and
florists – from the UK and overseas. ■ Caravan Park – with electric hook-up points and all
facilities adjacent to site.
SETTING-UP
COST OF EXHIBITING
The majority of build up will take place between Friday
September 3rd and Monday September 6th with 24 hour
HOUSES A – E (GLASSHOUSES)
security. Exhibitors are advised to set up over the weekend
wherever possible. No prior arrangement is necessary. 4.6 x 1.9m or 3.4 x 2.5m
Construction can start from August 31st between the
(15’ x 6’ or 11’ x 8’) (nominal) £910 + VAT
hours of 8am and 5pm. Any goods delivered during the
week preceding the show will be placed in secure storage 3.7m x 1.9m (12’ x 6’) £729 + VAT
for delivery to your exhibition stand at the appropriate
3.0m x 1.9m (10’ x 6’) £606 + VAT
time.
From Friday September 3rd, vehicles will be admitted for 2.5m x 2.5m (8’ x 8’) £662 + VAT
deliveries between 7am and 7pm. HGVs which are not 2.3m x 1.9m (7’6" x 6’) £455 + VAT
part of an outdoor display cannot stay on site overnight
On Monday September 6th, the site will remain open to
OUTSIDE PLOTS (OP)
exhibitors until 10pm for stand dressing.
All houses will be fully lit and access will be controlled by 5m x 5m £563 + VAT
Impact Security via the main nursery entrance. Security will
be 24 hours throughout. Early Bird Bookings – no deposit due until January 2021.
A deposit of £150 +VAT per numbered site is payable
THE SITES thereafter, and is non-refundable.
The balance is due no later than June 30th 2021.
All sites are in glasshouses, which have concrete floors
The total cost of the stand will be charged in the event
throughout. of cancellation on or after June 30th 2021.
A number of outside plots are available as marked (OP)
on the site plan and are positioned to give the maximum

The site is laid out in units of the following sizes:-
The installation cost is £70 + VAT for one twin 13amp
4.6 x 1.9m (15’ x 6’) - centre island sites

3.4 x 2.5m (11’ x 8’) - side wall sites Additional twin sockets can be provided at a cost of
2.5 x 2.5m (8’ x 8’) - side walls E extension only £35 + VAT each.
Three phase power can be installed at a cost of £120 +VAT
3.7 x 1.9m (12’ x 6’) - House E extension only

Sites of other sizes are available by negotiation where the FOR EXHIBITOR AND
structures permit. VISITOR INFORMATION
Half sites and 3m x 1.9m sites other than those indicated CONTACT:-

the location of these must be at the Organiser’s discretion.
