The site is within 300m of the local shops, post office and pub and a 500m walk to Ernesettle Community School. These have been demolished and a private roadway is being built which will be transferred to buyers with the plots and not be adopted as public highway. The prospective purchaser is responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions which may be required in connection with their proposed use of the premises. Should you make the highest bid but your proposed development is unlikely to obtain planning consent we will contact you to discuss this before rejecting your offer.
