The Opportunity 2021 Ally Awards Sponsorship Opportunities One Colorado Education Fund (OCEF) is a statewide organization dedicated to securing and protecting equality and opportunity for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ) Coloradans and their families. One Colorado Education Fund will host its signature fundraising event — The Ally Awards — on November 12th, 2021 at the Four Seasons Hotel in Denver. The evening will culminate in an awards presentation to allies who work to advance equality and make a substantive difference in the lives of LGBTQ Coloradans. The evening will kick off with a cocktail party with a hosted bar and heavy hors d’oeuvres. Guests will then move to the Four Seasons ballroom and attendees will enjoy an awards ceremony with special guest speakers, delectable desserts, and champagne. OCEF has made significant progress mobilizing the LGBTQ community in Colorado. OCEF has built a list of more than 105,000 supporters statewide, including 45,000 email members, 38,000 social media followers, and 4,500 individual donors. Ally Awards sponsors have significant opportunities for brand exposure and promotion — both print and online — through their support of One Colorado and this exclusive opportunity. Sponsorship of the 2021 Ally Awards gives sponsors access to other major One Colorado stakeholder events throughout the year. 2

2021 Ally Awards Sponsorship Opportunities Meet the Awardees IGNACIO OUT & EQUAL ALLIANCE A youth focused and centered organization based in Southwest Colorado, Ignacio Out & Equal Alliance was created to include every aspect of the LGTBQ+ community. Their mission is to support, empower, educate, and advocate for the LGBTQ+ and two-spirit community members, their families, and allies in the Southwest by providing a safe and inclusive environment. During the Covid-19 pandemic, Southwest Rainbow Youth Co-Founders realized that everyone could use help, especially in our current times. They have been a crucial partner with local schools and organizations on LGBTQ issues within a disproportionately underserved part of the state in rural Colorado where few resources currently exist. 5
Meet the Awardees 2021 Ally Awards Sponsorship Opportunities THE INTERFAITH ALLIANCE OF COLORADO The Interfaith Alliance of Colorado was founded in 1998 by a group of faith leaders from multiple backgrounds who were frustrated that their diverse faith voices were not being represented in the public sphere—specifically in politics or media. Their mission is to promote justice, religious liberty, and interfaith understanding through building relationships in order to educate, advocate, and catalyze social change. Interfaith envisions a society where all people are free and supported to live the life they wish for. They imagine faith communities from many traditions and backgrounds who are committed to work grounded in our shared values, in order to engage in collaborative action to dismantle systemic oppression. They seek to be a force for good in Colorado by standing up for rights and equality for all people. The Interfaith Alliance has continued to be the faith voice standing up for LGBTQ equality and women’s reproductive rights and justice. They’ve also been an outspoken voice for criminal justice reform at the state capitol and work to devise creative solutions to complex problems. 6
2021 Ally Awards Sponsorship Opportunities The Audience The 11th Annual Ally Awards is a visible and high-profile event, with a typical attendance of more than 450 guests each year. The 2021 Ally Awards will follow strict public health guidelines and may have a limited capacity, depending on federal, state, and local guidelines at the time of the event. One Colorado is honored to host a diverse and influential group of civic, community, and business leaders whose power and leverage reach every corner of our state. In addition, One Colorado welcomes a large, bipartisan contingent of elected officials— from City Council members to sitting United States Senators—from across the state to join us for this unique celebration. Previous attendees have included former U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services Kathleen Sebelius, Colorado Attorney General Cynthia Coffman, Planned Parenthood’s President Cecile Richards, Governor John Hickenlooper and other special guests. We celebrate the work of allies because of their tremendous ability to change hearts and minds of fair-minded Coloradans — and because their courage is an incredible asset to One Colorado’s work. 7
