The Summer Playground Program is a six week recreation playground experience. Leaders on Township and
School District playgrounds supervise arts and crafts, sports, games, field trips and special events. In most
cases, this is an outside, fair-weather program which is not held on rainy days. Register at the Recreation Office
starting April 1, 2019. All children must be registered in order to participate. No registrations will be accepted at
lot locations. Two registration dates are scheduled: June 19 at Drexel Hill Middle School from 8:30 am to 2:30 pm
and June 20 at Upper Darby Community Center, 326 Watkins Avenue, Upper Darby, from 8:30 am to 2:30 pm.
Registration Fee: $20 per person. Trip Fees are additional.

Kamp Koala
The Day Care Program at the Kindergarten Center offers a summer camp for children
currently attending kindergarten, and those registered for the upcoming school year.
Activities include arts and crafts, music, outdoor play and special events.
