Flexibility Scheme Loyalty Reward We understand that students are occasionally unable to attend classes. With this in mind, students are entitled to receive Lesson Credit Scheme Vouchers for up to two absences per term, which can be used for future course enrolments. IELTS Preparation Course IELTS S3–S4 IELTS S5–S6 Our IELTS Preparation Course utilises the latest materials from Cengage Learning and is ideal for students planning to study overseas or take an IELTS examination to gain international recognition for their English skills. The course is offered at two levels: Intermediate and Upper-Intermediate. These courses coach students through the essential steps and format required to achieve their desired IELTS score. GESE Preparation Course Packages We host Trinity Graded Examinations in Spoken English (GESE) twice per academic year. To assist students in their preparation and understanding of the examination format we provide special GESE preparation courses. Examination and preparation course packages are available.* *Examination dates announced three months prior to exam.
Pre-school Courses Pre-Kindergarten ( Weekdays) 18+ months MOP300 per 2-hour lesson* | 120 minutes per session Curriculum: Complimentary Materials Provided Course Features: • Phonics, songs, arts & crafts, motor skills development • Parent-child interactive activity Our parent and Toddler Playgroup aims to give each student a head start in their early childhood development and enable parents to recycle language learned in class at home. Sessions are taught by a native English early childcare specialist, with a bilingual classroom assistant present at all times. The programme includes communicative activities, stories, arts & crafts, and motor skill enhancing play sessions focusing on foundation English and awareness skills. *Light refreshments provided *Toddler Playgroup students must be accompanied by a parent or guardian *Maximum 12 students per class *Minimum 12 sessions to be purchased Adult Courses Beginner Elementary Pre-intermediate Adult Course ( Weekday evenings) Intermediate Advanced MOP155 per hour* (MOP99 per hour for parents of current students) | 90 minutes per lesson Curriculum: MOP100 per term Course Features: Topic based lessons, communicative class discussion activities Our adult English courses are designed to help students refresh and enhance their practical day-to-day English skills. There are five levels, ranging from Beginner to Advanced. Lessons are topic-based, with each lesson featuring a new stand-alone study topic. *Minimum of 12 lessons must be purchased per term *Students aged 15 and above eligible for CEDP funding (Subject to DSEJ approval) Adult Coffee Morning Elementary Pre-intermediate Intermediate Advanced MOP210 per 2-hour session* | Weekday mornings from September 2019 to July 2020 Finding an English-speaking environment to practise and develop skills is a challenge to many local residents. Our Adult Coffee Morning sessions encourage participants to chat about topical subjects in English in a relaxing classroom environment. Examinations & Accreditation Trinity College London Examinations DSEJ Accreditation English for Asia is the Approved Service All English for Asia courses Provider for Trinity College London are registered with the Examinations. Examinations are held DSEJs Lifelong Learning twice per academic year in November and March. Reward Scheme. Information about upcoming examinations is made available to customers once the examination dates are confirmed. For more information about our accreditation services please speak to our Learning Centre staff. Subsidised Courses English for Asia is a proud member of the DSEJs Continuing Education Development Programme (CEDP). We have a wide range of courses options for teenagers and adults, held periodically throughout the year, that are eligible for funding.
