Enrollment and Registration Policies Registration is on a first come, first served basis. Wait lists are available for each class. Families will be notified if space becomes available. Non-refundable registration fee of $50 per student. Students must be enrolled in consecutive courses if they are to remain on campus. No exceptions. Students enroll in courses for the grade they will enter in the Fall of 2018. All schedule changes incur a $35 change fee once online registration is completed. No refunds or credits are given if the new course is less than the original choice. Friday, June 1, 2018 is the final day to withdraw. Students who withdraw by this date are eligible for a refund of their tuition less the non-refundable registration fee and a $100 cancellation fee. On May 1, under enrolled classes may be cancelled. Families will be notified if cancelled classes affect their registration. Marlborough Summer School accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. No other forms of payment will be accepted. Families may elect to pay the entire balance at the time of registration or pay 50% at the time of registration, with the remaining 50% due by June 1, 2018. Lunch is served buffet style in the East Atrium from 12:25 p.m. to 1:15 p.m. Each day of the week has a different theme, but also includes choice of cheese pizza, fresh salad bar, and sandwich wraps. All meals are prepared on site by Café M and are made based on nutritionist guidelines. We cannot accommodate special meal requests. If your child has a food allergy, we recommend sending food from home. Please note that students enrolled in afternoon Private Lessons must purchase lunch if they wish to stay in the afternoon. Students will receive a lunch ticket which they will take to the East Atrium to receive their lunches. Camp Mustang students will eat lunch family style in their lunch area. How to Enroll Enrollment for Marlborough Summer School takes place online at www.marlboroughsummerschool.org. Parents must create an account and complete the registration online. No registrations may be completed in person. Payment is due at the time of registration and may be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover only. We cannot accept any other form of payment. Following registration, all communications from the School will be sent via email from Ida Dahan, ida.dahan@marlborough.org. Please be certain to read all communications carefully. Changes to your child’s schedule may only be made by contacting Ida Dahan in the Summer School Office. Parents CANNOT make changes online. Wait Lists If your first-choice class is full, we recommend that you register for your second-choice class. Students are added to the wait list on a first-come, first-served basis.
