Program Successes - Move to fill S&C Gap in Ontario Involvement of Paul Hemsworth as the “Go-to” resource for S&C in Ontario • Focussed on building the foundations of movement in younger skiers before moving to the next level. • Development of Video Series to show the progression: • 5 basic movements (push, pull etc…) with a 3 part video for each move i. Prerequisites (range of motion etc….) ii. Steps of progression to build the capacity to do the lift/move iii. Key technical pointers for the actual lift/move • Provides consistent direction to athletes and coaches across the province • Identified and accessible knowledge resource to share with ON coaches, grow weight room literacy 1 4
