On behalf of Development Considerations The Property is identified within a ‘Primarily Residential Area’ identified on the Knowsley Local Plan policies map, with Policy CS15 of the Knowsley Core Strategy stating that 10% affordable housing will be sought on sites which have a capacity of 15 dwellings or more A pre-application enquiry was submitted to Knowsley Council in 2020 accompanied by 3 Indicative Layout Option Plans.
