Let us remember the Rs: • Refuse: you no longer have to buy detergents in plastic bottles that can cause allergies and harm the environment (often very aggressive) • Reduce: you reduce the quantity of products you use at home (you don't need any specialized products) • Reuse: you can reuse the bottle and sprayer over and over again • Recycle: e.g. vinegar glass bottle • Repurpose: you can alter whatever you are no longer using and use it for a more practical reason! E.g. citrus peels optimal to contrast strong smells
Usual cleaning products are: • Often filled with TOXIC chemicals • could cause asthma, allergies, skin irritation and • Risk factor for antibiotic resistant-bacteria • Covered in plastic packaging • Really polluting to our environment • ending up in the oceans causing harm to fish and wild life
CHEAP AND VERSATILE INGREDIENTS • Baking soda / bicarbonate soda • Castile soap • White vinegar Tip Get rid of the smell by infusing essential oils or orange/lemon peels • Lemon juice • Olive oil Perfect sanitary and healthy cleaner using just simple ingredients won’t harm you or the environment !!! • Essential oils • Salt
DISH SOAP • 15 g palm oil free castile bar soap OR you can use up whatever bar soap you still have at home, but in that case please note that the dish soap might not be free from harmful substances anymore! • 2 tsp baking soda • 300ml water • 3 drops of your favourite essential oil (optional) • 1 soap dispenser • a jar for the surplus Bring water to boil. Turn off the stove, add the soap flakes. Stir with a spoon until the soap has dissolved. Let cool. Add baking soda when the mixture is still warm, but not hot. Shake before you transfer it into a soap dispenser. Shake from time to time. Your hands will thank you overtime!!

Laundry powder • 40 g castile soap • 60g of baking soda • 60g of washing soda Grate the castle bar soap into soap flakes. Mix to combine all the ingredients. Blend in blender if you prefer it completely pulverized. Use 1 TBSP for load!

Furniture polish Oven cleaner • ¼ white vinegar • ¼ cup of bicarbonate of soda • ¾ olive oil • 1 tsp salt+ water (add the salt and water bit by bit to get the right consistency) • Juice of half lemon Cover and let over night • E.o.
