Zadok Holdings (Pty) Ltd (Construction)
was established in 2016 by the 2 Directors
who have over 40 years of building
experience between them.

ABOUT US
The Directors have worked for some of the biggest
  and most well-known construction companies in
     South Africa, Ghana and the United Kingdom
      thereby bringing a wealth of experience and
   professionalism to the business. We are a new
    breed of contractor and we aim to change the
  perception of the industry we love. We love what
 we do and so do our clients because we take the
     complexity and frustration out of construction
              and make the process easy for them.

by bringing their vision to reality. All our projects
are executed to the highest quality standards
and delivered by a team of friendly people who
aim to achieve a defect free project at practical
completion. We always aim to create positive

supply chain producing a proactive and open
approach. This, in turn, allows us to achieve
exceptional results in an efficient and timeous

    Aveng (GLTA)
    We have recently completed a project in Gauteng, where we utilised the services of
    Zadok Plastering and Tiling.
    The scope of work increased drastically from the original scope of work, however the
    time frame for the project remained the same. Zadok was responsible for all new
    plaster work, all new screeding, over 12000m2 of new rhinolite skimming to walls as
    well as over 5000m2 of wall and floor tiling.
    Additional resources were brought in as soon as the scope of work increased so that
    the project could still meet the deadline. The project was handed on over on time and
    the project was successful.
    The guys from Zadok, Jonathan, Quintin and their teams on site performed well
    under the pressure and always went out of their way to assist the project. It was good
    to have them on board as part of the successful team that was on site.
    We are satisfied with the quality of work that Zadok produces in the time frame
    allowed and we have just started a new project with them on board again.

    This serves to confirm that we recently carried out a refurbishment of the
    executive floor of the Carlton Centre in Johannesburg.
    We appointed Lumercon as the main contractors for the overall management
    of the work.
    However we acknowledge that Zadok Holding (Pty) Ltd was a subcontractor to
    Lumercon and they carried out a very delicate and highly sensitive part of the
    work.
    We were impressed with Zadok Holding’s professionalism and quality of their
    workmanship.
    Whilst we had very little direct involvement with Zadok on this project, (having
    relied on Lumercon) but from what I witnessed I would have no hesitation in
    recommending them for similar office refurbishment or fit out work.
