REGULATIONS
Drawing for sector 2 of the Patapedia river is only for residents of the province of Quebec.
All applications must be made via the inscription card
Photocopies, facsimiles and phone inscriptions are accepted
On line registration on the website www.cgrmp.com
The C.G.R.M.P. is not responsable for errors coming from the drawing.
Maximum 10 inscription cards, per river, per sector.
It’s not necessary to fill out 10 cards for a given sector, just inscribe the number of cards in the
appropriate box.
All cards that are not properly filled out will be dismissed prior to the draw without notice.
All checks that are not cashable and money orders that are not properly completed or invalid credit
card will entail withdrawal of the cards and the winner’s right.
All inscriptions must be received no later than 5 WORKING DAYS PRECEDING THE LOTTERY.
A person’s name cannot appear more than once per sector per river.
INFORMATIONS
The drawings are held on November 1st and the winners are determined by computer.
A few days later, a notice will be sent to all participants informing them of the result of the drawing, the
winners will be informed of the rank and the sector.
At the mid-November, the winners will be contacted by telephone so they can book their dates.
Anybody not chosen during the November draw, will be able to try and reserve dates that are available
in the December 4th draw for participants and December 5th for everyone by calling 1 (888) 730-
6174.

SUBSTITUTION METHOD
Every substitution case will be in favor of the name submitted on the registration form only. All official
documentation must be received by the director of the CGRMP for approval, two business days prior to the
fishing trip. If it isn’t received in two business days or if the substitute is denied, the trip will be cancelled
and all fees will be non-refundable.
If the group leader and substitute are unavailable for their scheduled fishing trip, that trip will be cancelled
and all fees will be non-refundable.
Group leader substitution will be allowed in these circumstances:
Death of member of the immediate family of the leader;
Court orders;
Medical reasons.

PROCEDURE INSCRIPTION
A maximum of 10 inscriptions per sector, per river. Each inscription costs 7$ and is payable by check, money order or credit card. The
draw will be held November 1st.
All inscriptions must be received no later than 5 WORKING DAYS PRECEDING THE LOTTERY.
All inscriptions may be completed by telephone or forwarded by facsimile.
We are not responsible for delays resulting from postal services.
In the event that river should close during the season, ask for information on a refund according to the policy in effect.
