WELCOME LETTER On behalf of the Latin American Thyroid Society (LATS), we welcome you to join us as sponsors and exhibitors of the XVII Latin American Thyroid Society Congress, to be held in the Hotel Panamericano in Buenos Aires, Argentina from June 20th to 23rd, 2019. GENERAL TERMS If interested in any alternative type of participation not included in this presentation, it can be submitted to the Congress authorities to be considered. Set up Day: June 19, 2019. Dismantling: Once the event has concluded – Verify Exhibitor Manual Venue: Panamericano Hotel – Buenos Aires City Height: Maximum height of entire construction, including lighting equipment, cannot surpass 2.5 meters. For developments higher than that, the company must consult with organization, with the Project attached. Exhibitor registration: each exhibitor will receive 3 badges (tagged with the name of the Company that they represent) and will be delivered in June 19, 2019. Electricity: 220-380 volts current/50 cycles. Ground wire in every equipment or electric device is obligatory. Date chance-cancellation: . In case of force majeure, Executive Committee can change the date or exhibition venue or cancel it. In the latter case, the amount paid will be fully refunded. No other claims will be accepted. . If the Sponsor or Exhibitor cancels the place or the business opportunities currently hired and the Organizing Committee is able to sell them again to third parties, 90% of the amounts paid will be refunded, applying a 10% retention in concept of administrative expenses. . If the Sponsor or Exhibitor cancels, the space or the business opportunities currently hired through the agreement appropriately signed, and the Organizing Committee is not able to sell them again to third parties, the complete or partial amounts paid won’t be refunded, if there were any. If there is no payment registered, it will be demanded the fulfillment of the signed commitment through the agreement and the corresponding amount will be invoiced. . Every Cancelation must be sent exclusively in writing and in a reliable way. Cancelations after March 1st of 2019 will not be accepted. . The Organizing Committee has the right to cancel the contract according to the article 1198 from our civil code. Every person that works during the event, must submit the CUIL/CUIT certificate, and personal accident insurance coverage/ART, with the non-repetition clause
REGISTRATIONS Sponsorship opportunities that your Company invest in, will translate in industry registrations, for example: Up to December 31, 2018, 1 registration per USD 950 invested in sponsorships and commercial exhibitions or grants in Congress. As of January the 1st, 2019, 1 registration per USD 1100 invested in sponsorships and commercial exhibitions or grants in Congress. PAYMENT AND PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS For reservations, the correspondent hiring application must be properly completed and sent by email to mariana.mediavilla@mci-group.com on first come, first served basis. If the payment is not fulfilled in due date, the reservation or booth hiring could be considered as cancelled, without obligation of refunding and permitting the ORGANIZING COMITTEE to sell the booths to third parties.
