Feast of St. Blaise Monday, February 3rd It is an ancient tradition to bless throats on this day. The blessing will be given at the 8 A.M. Mass. St. Blaise’s protection of those with throat troubles comes from a tradition that a boy was brought to him who had a fishbone stuck in his throat. The boy was about to die when St. Blaise healed him. We will be having 24 hour Adoration at our Parish on Thursday February 13th after the 8AM mass until Friday February 14th 8AM.
