Ceremony Spaces Rosie Hastie Photography Greens Gazebo Our luscious greens are perfect for an outdoor wedding Located on the ground floor our gazebo is ideal ceremony. Our oyster beds make for the perfect for your ceremony and/or pre dinner drinks and backdrop as wedding vows are exchanged. We provide canapés. Beach If the tide is right the beach is a serene setting for an intimate wedding. The beach is also available as a picturesque backdrop for your photos Hire of our Ceremony Space is $250 We are unable to hold ceremony only weddings, we require the commitment of ceremony and reception, or reception only. Ceremony Decoration Allow us to provide and set-up your ceremony decoration and take a little stress out of the Big Day! With an option for both the Gazebo and Greens we can bring your vision to life. Greens An elegant wooden arch with the option of white organza wrapping (as pictured above). Choose from shepherds hooks and hanging vases to form the aisle or 2 wine barrels at the entry to your aisle (flowers not included) Gazebo Beautiful white tulle drapery with a greenery arrangement hanging in the centre of the gazebo (as pictured above), as well as vases that can hang from the aisle chairs (flowers not included) Welcome Sign Choose from 5 designs in your choice of colours for your personalised Welcome Sign, this will sit in our frame, on our easel and welcome your guests to your ceremony and will then be moved to the reception area. The print is then yours to take home as a memento of your Special Day. Sophie Sullivan Photography Reception With magnificent Tasmanian surrounds and water views, Barilla Bay can cater for wedding receptions of 20-250 people in sit-down or cocktail style. Restaurant Our restaurant offers stunning views of our oyster farm and Barilla Bay with floor to ceiling windows, elevator access and beautiful polished timber floors. Our main dining space can cater for up to 110 sit down, including a dance floor, and up to 250 guests for couples wishing to have a cocktail style wedding reception. A venue hire fee of $750 applies to all weddings. We also require a minimum spend of $6,000 to ensure exclusive use of the venue from September to April and a $4,000 minimum spend from May to August inclusive. Leave all your decorating on the day to us! Bring in your decorations the day before and don't worry about a thing. We set the room up with your decorations and this service is included in the hire fee. If you are hiring external providers they will have access to the room from 4pm, unless otherwise arranged with your Wedding Coordinator. Reception cont. Pearl Room For intimate weddings we have our Pearl Room available. Seating 30 guests or 40 guests cocktail style, this room is a private area with beautiful water views. Please note the Pearl Room is on Level 2 with access via stairs only, toilets are located on level 1. A venue hire fee of $250 applies to weddings in the Pearl Room with no minimum spend. Need a space to get ready on the Big Day? The Pearl Room is a great spot, with only a short walk to your Happily Ever After! Available from 9am, we have a full length mirror, garment rack and catering- all you have to do is turn up and be spoilt! Menu Styles Our Chefs use the highest quality ingredients to deliver Hobart’s finest cuisine and provide an extensive range of dining options. If you have a unique request, feel free to discuss this with our Wedding Coordinator. Our Chef will cater to all dietary requirements. All of our dinner options include cutting and plating your cake. Sit-Down For a formal dining atmosphere, our sit down menu gives the option of having a 2 course menu as alternate drop or choice. Alternatively, our Barilla Buffet is served on the tables as share platters, with an entree and main course. Pricing indicates per person. See pages 7 & 8 for meal choices. We have 3 options for cocktail catering that can be mixed and matched to suit your needs. Canapes are a great way to feed your guests during the night, with our canape list on page 9, your coordinator can guide you on quantities to keep your guests satisfied. Our Grazing Table will be full of antipasto, cheese, cured meats, crackers, breads and dips and is sure to be a focal point of your reception. Our Light Entree menu on page 10 is an addition that will ensure your guests do not go home hungry! You may choose your own combination or go with our cocktail package below. Terms and Conditions Bond & Payment Food & Beverage We require a $500 refundable security bond to secure the Menu and beverage selections must be confirmed 21 days date for your wedding.
