Weddings at Quorn Grange

         Make an appointment with the Hotel to view the function rooms, bedrooms and gardens, and to
         make a provisional booking that will be held for a maximum of 14 days without any obligation.

         If a Civil Ceremony is required and you have made a provisional agreement with Quorn Grange,
          contact the Registry Office, Leicester. Telephone: 0116 3056565 to confirm availability for your
             Ceremony date. (Please note, the hotel cannot act on your behalf for these arrangements)

     When choosing a time to marry please take into consideration guests travelling, bedrooms will be
                                        available after 2.00pm.

    To secure your date with the hotel a non-refundable deposit of £600.00 is to be paid within 14 days.

                         A complimentary food tasting is available with our Head Chef.

             All final numbers and arrangements will need to be discussed with the Events Manager
                                         6 weeks prior to your event.

           Minimum numbers during May/June/July/August are 60 day guests and 90 for the evening.

              We have two delightful rooms and our Gazebo in the Romantic Gardens available for
                                  Civil Ceremonies, they vary in size and décor.

Accommodation

       Special accommodation rates for you and your guests staying at the hotel are available.

             A bedroom allocation will need to be arranged with your Events Manager.

   A complimentary standard double bedroom is offered to the Bride and Groom who book their

Wedding Breakfast and Evening Buffet at the Hotel. Please note this complimentary bedroom is not

tranferrable to other guests. The William Morris Suite * is also available for an upgrade fee of £60.00.

        In addition to this, we have two other upgrade packages you may like to choose from:

                                        The Sparkling Upgrade
                  Includes Chilled Champagne and Truffles in the Room for £50.00

                                       The Honeymoon Upgrade
 Includes Chilled Champagne and Truffles in the Room, plus Luxury Robes and Slippers for £75.00

Single Rooms, Double or Twin Rooms, Executive Rooms and Family Suites are available at a special

                 discounted rate for guests of Weddings at the Quorn Grange Hotel.

             Room Prices are inclusive of Full English Breakfast, Wifi, Parking and VAT.

Terms and Conditions 2015
                                                       1. General Bookings
 All bookings are provisional until the Quorn Grange Hotel receives a signed copy of the Terms and Conditions from the client and
                 written confirmation. This must be received within 10 days of the date that the booking was made.
                              All rooms and rates offered by the hotel are at the discretion of the Hotel

                                                     2. General Hotel Policy
 The Hotel can provide equipment for an additional cost, however should the client wish to provide their own, the hotel accepts no
 liability and expects the equipment to comply with the rules set out in the Health and Safety Act.The cost of repairing any damage
                             caused to the property, contents or grounds of the Quorn Grange Hotel by the
                                  client or their guests must be reimbursed to the Hotel by the client.
    No food or beverages of any kind are permitted to be brought into the Quorn Grange Hotel by the guests, unless this has been
                     agreed in advance, in writing. A corkage charge will be incurred for all beverages brought in.
   The Hotel does not accept liability for the loss or damage to any car parked in the Hotel car park, owners park at their own risk.
 The hotel does not accept liability for the loss or damage of guests’ personal belongings. In exceptions of the Hotel Proprietors Act
                                           1956 (notice of loss or damage to guests property).
 Unless credit facilities have previously been arranged, full payment of the amount due shall be made by the client upon departure
                                   of the Hotel. Applicable to accommodation and conferences only.
 Credit facilities must be agreed in writing by the Hotel no less than 28 days prior to the date of arrival. Where credit is agreed pay-
                                     ment must be received within 14 days of receipt of the invoice.
   The Hotel reserves the right to withdraw credit facilities at any time without further liability, upon written notice to the client if
                                      the Hotel has doubts as to the financial position of the client.

                                                             3. Wedding
    Once a date has been decided, Quorn Grange Hotel will hold the provisional date for a maximum of 14 days. After this time a
 minimum deposit of £600.00, together with a letter of confirmation is required to secure the date. Without this payment the date
     will be released. Cheques should be made payable to GFTU Educational Trust. This deposit is non-refundable if the
                                                           function is cancelled.
   Numbers: For Fridays and Saturdays during the months of May, June, July and August we require a minimum of 60 adult guests
    for your wedding breakfast and you must hold your evening reception with us. Numbers under this can be discussed with the
                    Function Manager but may incur a fee. The maximum number of guests that can be seated is 100.
 Payment: 75% of the full estimated balance of your booking is required six weeks in advance of the function. The remainder being
                                           payable two weeks before the date of the function.
     Amendment: After 75% of the balance has been paid, we may only allow for a variance in numbers of 5% up until when final
                                                       payment has been received.
 Evening Buffets: For receptions that continue into the evening, an evening buffet must be booked, catering for all guests expected
  to attend the evening function. Minimum of 7 items. Any extra items of food or beverage, not supplied the Quorn Grange Hotel,
                                                         may incur extra charges.
   Once the wedding has drawn to a close at 12 midnight, the bar will be closed for a period of 30 minutes whilst non-residential
     guests leave the building. This period is also used to clear down the bar and re-stock. The bar will then re-open to residential
    guests. At all times it should be noted that the management reserve the right to refuse service. Disco and or Live Bands music
                                                    must finish by 12 midnight prompt.

                                                         4. Accommodation
 Bedroom accommodation is available from 2.00pm on the day of arrival, and must be vacated by 10.30am on the day of departure.
                                                     Early check in is not available.
 All bedrooms that are guaranteed are subject to a 24-hour cancellation policy. Bedrooms cancelled after 6pm the night prior to the
                      day of arrival will incur a full charge in the event the Hotel is unable to resell the room.
