President Joe Biden- 55.41% Donald Trump- 41.92% Statewide Senate John Hickenlooper- 53.51% Cory Gardner- 44.19%
CD 1 Diana Degette- 74.3% CD 2 Joe Neguse- 61.3% CD 3 Lauren Boebert- 51.3% CD 4 Congress Ken CD 5 Buck- 60.2% Doug Lamborn- 57.6% CD 6 Jason Crow- 57.1% CD 7 Ed Perlmutter- 59.1%
Democrats increased their lead by 1 seat and will control the Senate 20-15 Senator Bob Rankin (R) won by about 1% State Senate Senator Kevin Priola (R) won by just under 1% Democrat Chris Kolker picked up an (R) 20(D)-15(R) open seat Democrats Rachel Zenzinger and Jeff Bridges were considered targets but won with comfortable margins Representatives Larry Liston, Sonia Jaquez Lewis, Janet Buckner, and James Coleman all successfully moved to the Senate
Representative Bri Buentello (HD 47) lost her seat to Republican Stephanie Luck State House • Representative Richard Champion (HD 38) lost his seat to Democrat David Ortiz 41(D)-24(R) • Republicans were trying to cut the Democrat majority by 3 seats to narrow the committee make up but ¾ targeted Democrats Reps. Cutter, Sullivan, and Titone held their seats • Democrats will control the House with the same 41-24 margin

Proposition EE Tax on Nicotine Products Statewide Proposition 113 Adopt Agreement to Elect US President by National Popular Ballot Vote Proposition 114 Reintroduction and Management of Gray Wolves Measures Proposition Prohibit 115 Abortions After 22 Weeks *All passed except Proposition State 116 Income Tax Rate Reduction Proposition 115 Proposition 117 Voter Approval for Certain New State Enterprises Proposition 118 Paid Family and Medical Leave Insurance Program
Proposition 118 allows for 12 weeks of paid family and medical leave Anadditional 4 weeks are allowed for pregnancy or childbirth complications Proposition Employers cannot take disciplinary or retaliatory actions against employees for requesting or using paid leave Will cost an estimated $1.2 billion in 2023-24 118 Exempts Premiums businesses with 9 or less employees Paid Family and Medical For the first two years of the program (2023 &2024) the premiums are set to be 0.9% of the employee’s wage Leave Insurance Program 0.45% paid by employer and 0.45% paid by employee Employers can pay up to 100% of the cost For 2023, maximum annual premiums was estimated to be $1,455 since premiums can only be assessed on wages up to $161,700 per person 2025 and after Premiums will be adjusted for 2025 so that the total amount of premium contributions to the program equals 135% of previous year’s claims and 100% of administrative costs
