WE’RE BACK LET’S CELEBRATE! WHAT’S ON AT WELLS MALTINGS AUG-OCT 2020 BOX OFFICE 01328 710885 WELLSMALTINGS.ORG.UK
WELCOME BACK! WE’RE ALL ABOUT KEEPING YOU SAFE. Here are some guidelines for when you book... We’ve reduced our auditorium capacity by about half, taken out our raked seating, and have introduced a ‘bubble’ system of loose seating, to ensure social distanc- ing. Here’s how it works: • On our seating plan, you will see lines of seats, with gaps between. Each horizontal line of seats between the gaps is a bubble. • You book your seats individually, within each bubble. One seat per person, and one booking per bubble. • Please try and match the size of your party to the number of seats in the bubble. So if you are booking for a party of three - and we ask you please to ensure that all three people live together within your own household group – please pick a seating bubble with three seats if you can. • The seating plan is schematic – a bit like the London Underground map – so the gaps and positions of the seats are not exact. Each bubble is at least 2m apart in real life. • All the seating bubbles have a great view of the screen and benefit from our superb cinema sound and induction loop if needed. You won’t be permitted to rearrange the position of your seat or to adjust your bubble size. • You must buy your tickets in advance – by 3pm for late afternoon and evening events, or two hours before for earlier events and matinees. You will have to give us your full details when booking. We can keep your tickets for collection on the night, but there are no more tickets sale ‘on the door’. If in doubt, do please call the box office to guide you through the booking process. This new system works hand in hand with our accessibility policy, although we do ask you to book with the box office (over the phone is fine) rather than online if you wish to attend with a wheelchair or have any mobility requirements.
