Bio-waste All organic kitchen and garden waste may go into your bio-bin Squishy tomatoes, teabags, fish bones, mouldy cheese – everything we would nor- mally refer to as capable of getting spoilt (or already is), can be processed to make valuable energy. With Wiesbaden’s bio-waste this occurs in Flörsheim-Wicker at the biogas power plant of Rhein-Main-Deponie GmbH. For foliage or lawn cuttings you can also use green waste paper sacks, which are on sale for €1.70. Please place the sacks on the side of the road to be picked up on bio-waste disposal day. YES! NO!
