In January, the staff recommended moving forward
with a draft plan based on Option B, with additions.

After evaluating the public input on the
three alternatives, we concluded that:
- Both A and B are better than the current network. Option B is more aligned with our goal
statement.
- Option B's impacts to existing riders are minimal and benefits are significant
- Option B got strong support (over 50% of frequent riders think it is an improvement)
