Stir until melted. Alternatively, Put all the ingredients together in a melt in the microwave, stirring every large bowl 30 secs. Leave the melted chocolate to Mix with an electric mixer till fully mixed cool for 5 mins. Pour batter into cake tin Mash the butter and icing sugar together with a fork first, then switch Bake at Gas mark 4 for 1 hour to a wooden spoon or electric beaters if you have them. Sift in the cocoa and Cool cake then decorate pour in the melted chocolate, a pinch of salt and the milk, then mix again until Empowering local people & smooth.
