V.V.G.A ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
Welcome to the 2021, 30th edition of the VVGA fixture booklet and the 27th
year that Parmaker have produced the booklet. The Council and members of
the Victorian Golfer’s Association thank and are most grateful for the support
Parmaker have provided to Veterans Golf in Victoria over these years, and
that they have been able to extend this valued sponsorship for 2021 which is
greatly appreciated.
We also appreciate, value and thank Parmaker for allowing us to have a link on
their site, where we are into our tenth year. Go to www.parmaker.com/vvga,
where you will find information including Minutes of VVGA Council Meeting,
downloads of entry forms for events, district contacts, district fixtures and news
from Country and Metro districts. This has greatly improved our communication
to our members. I invite our districts and members to contribute to these sections
with local news photos of interest, simply by contacting the VVGA Secretary.
Many of our Districts’ are now producing their own web sites to book games,
review results and get up to date news on District activities. For members who
do not have their own computer, the above information can be accessed at
local libraries where the librarian will be please to help you get started.
From the Council and the Host District and Clubs, who hosted our major
events in the past year, we thank the members who made the effort to play
and support these events.
The Council and Parmaker are pleased with the way the districts and
members have embraced Parmaker as our sole sponsor. We must also thank
Parmaker for their friendly and excellent after sales service, which is second
to none should it be required.
Many of Veteran have availed themselves of the Parmaker products and we
encourage members to continue to support Parmaker to ensure we are able
to continue this remarkably durable relationship.
In concluding, I must thank Ian purchase for his help and assistance in the
production of this Parmaker Booklet for 2021.

MEMORANDA
Members of the Council are elected to represent zones or hold executive
positions for one year, Election are held each year at the A.G.M.
The VVGA is an incorporated body and is required to conduct business in a
accordance with the Act.
The Council is representative of Districts who retain their own culture and
autonomy.
The objective of the Council is to conduct business legally and provide
opportunities for its members to participate in events that are run efficiently
and provide maximum enjoyment for all participants.
Golf link tier 1 tournament Access available
The VVGA has been granted access to the Golf Link handicapping system
and Districts may record veteran tournament scores direct.
Contact the VVGA secretary for use name and password to log on.
