IMPORTANT INFORMATION LOCATION OF EXHIBITS The Royal Show Ute Muster will be exhibited in the Leader Pavilion. ARRIVAL OF EXHIBITS It is a condition of entry that the arrival and departure times set out below are strictly adhered to. Exhibitors entering outside these times will not be permitted onto the Showground. Arrival is via Leader Street, between 7.30 am and 8.00 am on Sunday 9 September 2018. Departure will be after the parade of utes on the Main Arena at approximately 5.00 pm. Exact time to be confirmed. While driving on the Showground exhibitors are required to travel at less than 10km/h and follow the instructions of RA&HS staff and stewards. JUDGING & PRESENTATION Judging will commence at 10.00 am and the Presentation at 2.00 pm Entrants must be present for judging and presentation to collect awards. The Judges decision is final. PARADE OF UTES All utes entered will be featured in a ‘Parade of Utes’ on the Main Arena at approximately TBA. Drivers will be expected to follow the stewards instructions and travel at less than 10km/h. ALL vehicles are required to take part in the Parade. No circle work or overtaking of other vehicles. Any driver seen driving dangerously may be refused entry to subsequent shows and any awards and prize money won will be forfeited.
