How to change your email signature 1. Click Signature then Signatures. Delete your old Signature, if necessary 4. Click on the New button 5. Name this as Canopius signature and click OK 6. Paste the example signature into the panel and update it with your details 7. Click Save 8. Set the default signature for New messages (on the right) to the new Canopius signature 9. Click OK 10. Close the email and create a new email and the new Canopius signature will be your new default signature 6
How to adjust your desk set up As you are going to move around the office and work in different areas, it is important that you set your desk up correctly each time to ensure you’re as comfortable as possible. We have invested in high quality desks and chairs to help with this. There are two easy rules to follow: ■ Keep your eyes in line with the top of the screen. ■ Keep your knees and elbows at right angles. How to connect your headset When you receive your headphones/earphones, you should also receive a USB dongle – plug this into the PC. The dongle for the Jabra headset will be within the packaging, for the Poly Voyager (ear hook headset) it is in the plastic carry case. Locker Guide To unlock your locker, press the ‘C’ button, choose your 4 digit code, then press the key icon. You can then turn the handle to the unlocked position and open the door. Teams Guide Each meeting room will have a Teams monitor. This allows you to: ■ See a list of scheduled meetings ■ Join a scheduled meeting ■ Start a new meeting/call ■ Present The guide here provides more information on the different functions available and how to use them. Book a new teams meeting To book a meeting room, go to your Outlook calendar and select ‘New Appointment’. Choose the date and time and then select ‘Location’ to choose your meeting room. Please note, there will be an iPad outside of each meeting room with details on room bookings – please click the ‘Private’ button if you do not want the title of your meeting disclosed. If you would like to book a lunch for your meeting, please contact our Facilities team. 12
How to book a visitor in You can book a visitor in using the Visitor Access Canopius@22B app. Your planned visitors can receive a QR code from the Canopius@22B app which will activate the lobby gates on the selected date and time. Booking Event Space The Market In collaboration with one of London’s top hospitality groups RHC (Rhubarb Hospitality Collection), The Market houses a restaurant and terraced bar, street-food style kiosks run by upcoming talent from The Young British Foodies, limited- run supper clubs, pop-up residencies, an event space and a hidden speakeasy. Here you can enjoy the traditional food market, coffee from the Gentleman’s baristas as well as beers and wines made using sustainable and ethical methods. There will also be a venue serving regularly changing international food and an area where you can build you own healthy salad. To pay for your food and drink you will need to link your card to the Canopius 22B app during working hours. Active Commuter Park (ACP) The building houses the largest bike park in London. It is run by a team of Maintenance & Wash Points enthusiasts and is filled with up to 1,700 bike spaces, 75 showers, and over 1,300 secure lockers.
