1. Pre-departure Test before entry into Singapore – For PCMA CL Fam trip, travellers will be required to take a COVID- 19 PCR test within 72 hours prior to their departure for Singapore. • Travellers will need to present a valid negative COVID-19 PCR test result prior to boarding, and at immigration in Singapore, as a condition of approval to enter Singapore. The test result memo must state the negative test result in English, the particulars of the travellers in accordance with the particulars in the traveller’s passport (incl. DOB, Nationality, Passport Number), and the date the test was taken. Travellers without a valid COVID-19 PCR test result will be denied entry into Singapore. • Travellers to send a photo/PDF of the negative COVID-19 PCR test result to STB upon confirmation. 2. Travellers to fill out SG Arrival Card (SGAC) 72 hours prior to arrival. Please inform traveller to declare if he/she is a recovered COVID-19 traveller. 3. Travellers are required to strictly adhere to their pre-planned itineraries during their stay in Singapore, in lieu of serving the required 14-day quarantine. They should not have interactions outside of their pre-planned itineraries. 1. Upon arrival, traveller to clear immigration and customs with the following documents presented: a) Valid negative COVID-19 test result b) Approved SafeTravel Pass OR signed hardcopy Letter of Entry c) Final pre-planned itinerary d) Return air ticket 2. He/she will then proceed to: a. Undergo a COVID-19 PCR swab test at the airport (traveller will be guided to the PCR test area), before going to the arrival hall. Traveller will also be subjected to daily antigen rapid test (ART) on the event days of PCMA Convening Leaders 2021 (13 & 14 Jan 2021). b. Follow the pre-planned itinerary, which may include business meetings, pre-approved meals with pre-declared local contacts, pre-arranged appointments with specific time allocated for visits; c. Communicate closely every day with an STB designated Liaison Officer (LO) as the primary point of contact and to enforce the pre-planned itinerary (LO will be introduced to traveller, before departure). 3. After taking the on-arrival PCR test, LO will be at the airport to pass the TraceTogether token to the traveller 4. Traveller to take designated transport to hotel and self isolated until PCR results are out. 5. When PCR result is confirmed to be negative, traveller to inform LO of the test result immediately. Upon testing negative, traveller will be required to adhere strictly to their itineraries, in order to leave hotel room. 1. Site visits are allowed, but discussions should be done in a safe, preferably masked up environment ie: not over F&B where possible 2. Meetings are allowed, capped at 10 pax including traveler at any point in time. Masks must be worn at all times, individuals to keep 1m apart at all times. Meetings should ideally take place in a closed door environment. 3. Traveller must use the transport to external meeting venues, that will be arranged by LO 4. Ensure the TraceTogether token is with traveller at all times – TT token will be scanned at every venue 5. • Where do I go for the PCR swab test? • Travellers will be guided at the airport to take the test after clearing immigration. • Where do I go to after the PCR test at the airport? • After the test, travellers will be directed to the arrival hall. They must meet their respective LOs, to receive the TraceTogether tokens at the arrival gate. The use of TraceTogether token, which is compulsory, supports nationwide efforts to combat COVID-19 by enabling contact tracing. • They may then head towards the Pick-Up area where they will take their pre-arranged transport to their accommodation. Upon arrival at the hotel, travellers will inform LOs after they have checked in, and will be required to self-isolate while waiting for test results. During this period, Stay Home Notice (SHN) rules apply to the Traveller. SHN rules can be found at: www.gov.sg/article/everything-you-need-to-know-about-the-stay-home-notice • What happens if I do not have a mobile number activated for use in Singapore? • By default, on-arrival PCR test results will be communicated via email to the traveller. Results for Antigen Rapid Test (ART) taken on event dates will be sent via text message. Hence, it should be communicated to the traveler to turn on his/her mobile roaming data service in Singapore. Roaming data service is also recommended as Liaison Officers will need to check in on travellers daily. • What if I am tested positive? • Travellers who test positive for COVID-19 will be given medical treatment accordingly. Travellers will be responsible for charges for COVID-19 treatment if symptoms develop within 14 days of his/her arrival in Singapore. Nonetheless, treatment will be covered under the insurance provided for trade and media fam attendees. • Am I allowed to leave my accommodation once I receive the negative PCR test result? • Travellers are required to follow their pre-planned itineraries and hence, there will not be free-and-easy components during the stay in Singapore. To facilitate contact tracing, visitors must keep the TraceTogether token with them while in Singapore. • Can I go out to have meals on my own? • Travellers are to dine in accordance with what is planned for in the pre-planned itineraries and are to strictly follow the programme. There are in-room dining options available from MBS. If travellers wish to try external food options, they may also order from food delivery apps such as FoodPanda or Deliveroo etc. • Can I not join the customised tours and arrange my private appointments? • Travellers are required to follow their pre-planned itineraries and hence, private appointments will not be allowed unless it was included in the itinerary. • What are the safety measures that the event organiser (EO) will be taking to ensure the safety and well-being of event attendees? • Singapore and EO have put in place strict measures, including re-designing the event in a manner that minimise health risks, such as maintaining composition of attendees in the same 50 pax zones to minimise unnecessary contact during PCMA Convening Leaders 2021, cleaning and disinfecting regimes will be put in place, tour groups and meals will also follow prevailing Safe Management Measures in Singapore • In addition, all foreign attendees will be tested for Covid-19 and screened for temperature and symptoms before being allowed into the event. The EO will continue to stay in touch with all attendees to check in on attendees’ health status, and inform any health-related follow-ups up to 14 days after the event. 1. Traveller will take a pre-departure test prior to leaving Singapore. For outbound pre-departure tests, it has to be taken within 72 hours prior to arrival time in home country. 2. Travellers to adhere to prevailing COVID-19 prevention/control measures of their local government. This may include a 14-day quarantine or COVID-19 tests.
