COMPETITION OVERVIEW
DEADLINE: The final deadline for the competition is August 5, 2021

ELIGIBILITY PERIOD
Work being submitted was for air, broadcast, publishing or release during the following dates:
August 1, 2020 through July 31, 2021
WHO
& WHAT

     WHO CAN ENTER?
     Open across all platforms producing, airing and streaming entertainment content. Entrant can represent
     the client, vendor or their agent; there is no stipulation in any category regarding the entrant so long as
     the work was for air, broadcast, publishing or release in the United States and targets a United States
     Hispanic market. This is not a language-based competition, if work is submitted in English, entrant must
     specify within the marketing objective why the work was created in English.

     PLEASE NOTE: ONLY WORK CREATED FOR LATINO AMERICAN AUDIENCES AND AIRING IN THE
     UNITED STATES WILL QUALIFY (REGARDLESS OF THE COUNTRY IT WAS PRODUCED IN).

     submission and refer to the eligibility dates and categories for all quali cation details.

Our Judging Process
                        PROMAX U.S. HISPANIC AWARDS 2021

                        FIRST ROUND OF JUDGING
                        The rst round of judging includes a diverse line up of industry judges from the entertainment marketing industry. Each entry is evaluated and
                        scored based on overall creativity, originality of concept, and message e ectiveness. Finalists are determined by the rst round of judging.

                        FINAL ROUND JURY
                        The top nalists in each category, as determined by the rst round of judging, advance to the nal round for jury consideration. An elite Jury of
                        industry professionals deliberate over the nalist entries and decide the GOLD, SILVER winners.

                        Winners will be announced at the annual awards show.

                                                                             DS 03 ONLINE ADVERTISING MARKETING
                                                                                       An example of online marketing and advertising using an animated or ash banner, pop-up, ash movie, splash
                                                                                       page, etc., to promote a program, network, channel, station or streaming platform via the Internet. Work will be
                                                                                       judged on creativity and quality of design.

                                                                                       SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:
                                                                                       One item per entry. Submit live URL with any username and password needed, or submit archived interactive
                                                                                       material via video upload. Video must be three minutes (3:00) or less.

                                                                             DS 04 TALENT/INFLUENCER INTEGRATION USING SOCIAL MEDIA
                                                                                       Integration of an in uencer/talent as part of a social media campaign that supports the promotion and
