SCHOOL BASED APPRENTICESHIPS & TRAINEESHIPS You can gain valuable work skills and experience while you are studying for the HSC as you combine paid work, school and TAFE training. At the end of your school-based apprenticeship you will have finished the full first year of your apprenticeship. After successfully completing a school-based apprenticeship or school-based traineeship, you will receive a TAFE transcript of academic record which may count towards further study.
