You'll have some amazing views of the island's lush Day 2 - Sunday vegetation as we drive along the Caribbean coast. We'll visit a former plantation, Morne Coubaril Estate, a gift from Louis XIV to the St Lucia / Island tour (1/2 day - afternoon) * Deveaux family. To the present day the family's descendants produce sugar cane, copra, coconuts and manioc. And you'll discover La Soufrière with its fascinating geological activity, before getting back onto the boat in Soufrière Bay. Day 3 - Monday Don't miss this opportunity to discover the treasures of the island known as the "Little England" of the Antilles, starting with Farley Hill, a Barbados / Little England very popular spot with the Barbadians, and Bathsheba, a small fishing village known worldwide for its great surfing waters. You'll end the (1/2 day) * trip with a visit to the 18th century Villa Sunbury, a former planters' villa with a sumptuous interior. Day 3 - Monday Barbados / Remote From sugar cane fields to tropical forest via the village of Bathsheba, you'll drive over dirt tracks through the most inaccessible parts of the Barbados in a 4x4 (1/2 day) island and see the finest views of the Atlantic coast. * Day 3 - Monday A unique opportunity to admire the splendour of the tropical sea. Venture into this realm of silence, 50 metres down, on a high-tech Barbados / Submarine (1/2 day - morning) * submarine. Discover the coral reefs (sea fans, sponges) and fish (angel, butterfly, surgeon and boxfish, to name but a few). Day 4 - Tuesday Sail around the stunning Tobago Cays marine park on a beautiful catamaran. The park is home to one of the most beautiful coral reefs in Mayreau / Catamaran the West Indies and is teeming with wildlife. Open your eyes wide and enjoy the beauty of the little islands, you might even come across Tobago Cays (1/2 day) * one of the many sea turtles that live in the reef. The amazing spectacle is played out both above and below the surface of the water. Day 4 - Tuesday This picture postcard afternoon, with a 100% Caribbean ambience and cocktail, will take you to the translucent waters of Union Island and Mayreau / Catamaran, the Heart of the Grenadines Palm Island. The temperature is always perfect for swimmming, and you'll be delighted to don flippers and mask to admire the colourful (1/2 day) * fish, or walk on the sparkling white sand. Day 5 - Wednesday Service only available on board. Discover the Caribbean coast of Grenada at the helm of a speedboat for two people. You can explore the Grenade / Seafari Zodiac marine park where you will enjoy a snorkelling session on the very spot where Jason de Cayres Taylor submerged his now world-famous (1/2 day) sculptures. Day 5 - Wednesday At Dougaldston Estate, discover the spices that have made Grenada famous: cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg. In a historic warehouse at Grenada / Waterfalls and Gouyave, thousands of nutmegs lie on wooden racks waiting to be sent off round the world. You'll then go through the forest to Concord nutmeg (1/2 day) * Falls, where you can take a dip. Day 5 - Wednesday Spice Island is as rich in fragrance as it is in natural beauty. After visitng the main nutmeg cooperative at Gouyave on the west coast, we Grenada / Island tour (day) stop off at Belmont Estate, an authentic 18th century cocoa plantation, for lunch. On the way back we stop off at the Rivière Antoine * distillery, founded in 1760, which has lost nothing of its original charm. Day 5 - Wednesday You'll start this magnificent forest walk at "Grand Etang". It'll take you through a plantation where you'll see cocoa, nutmeg and bananas, Grenada / La Capije (1/2 day - morning) * and then on to the bamboo waterfalls where you can enjoy a refreshing swim. Day 5 - Wednesday You'll discover St Georges - the charming capital, known as the Little San Francisco of the West Indies - in a vintage truck. You'll stop at the Grenada / Forts and beaches (1/2 day - two forts that look out over the town, and after a detour in the nearby hills, where you'll have a great view of the interior of the island, afternoon) * you'll have the chance to swim from one of Grenada's most beautiful beaches. Day 6 - Thursday Morpion - also known as Mopio - will make your paradise island dream come true! A tiny white sand island with a straw hut and palm tree Tobago Cays / Catamaran leaf roof, the main function of this speck of paradise is to indicate the way to sailors. This highly photogenic spot has featured in magazines Morpion Island (1/2 day) * worldwide: today, it's all yours'! Day 8 - Saturday Curacao / The colors of Discover Willemstad, the capital of Curacao, on foot and by trolley train. Feast your eyes on the brightly coloured architecture of the Curacao ( 1/2 day- UNESCO World Heritage Site city centre. Return to the ship at your own pace. morning) * Day 8 - Saturday Visit an aloe vera plantation to find out about all the uses and benefits of this plant that you will often come across in Curaçao. Next, head Curaçao / Artwork and for the artist's studio where Serena makes her Chichi, figurines representing a typical West Indian older sister. On the way back, stop off at L’Aldea (1/2 day - morning) L'Aldea, a park that brings together replicas of Amazonian cities, a tropical forest and more than a hundred species of animals such as * monkeys, parrots and iguanas. What better way to get to know this country than by returning to its roots by exploring the remains that bear witness to the conquest of Day 10 - Monday the New World? During this half-day tour you will be able to explore the modern city, then the treasures of the Ciudad Colonial that is home Santo Domingo / Santo to the first cathedral, first hotel, first hospital and the first university in the Americas, the National Pantheon and the Columbus Alcazar. You Domingo and the old town will then have some free time to do some shopping in "El Conde", stroll along the famous "Calle Las Damas" or relax on a café terrace in (1/2 day, morning) * Place Colon... Day 11 - Tuesday Explore the amazing 240 square metres of the Cave of Wonders. In the midst of stalactites, columns and other rock formations, you will La Romana / Cave of wonders (1/2 day, morning) discover ancient drawings left behind by the first indigenous people of the Caribbean.
