25Watergen in Action – Hurricane Michael
October 2018, Hurricane Michael hit Miami, Florida
Hurricane Michael made landfall near Mexico Beach
on the Florida Panhandle as a Category 4 storm. It
was the first Category 4 storm in recorded history to
make landfall in the northeast Gulf Coast.
Watergen sent ERV (Emergency Response Vehicle)
to Mexico Beach, Florida, USA where Hurricane
Michael survivors didn't have clean drinking water.
ERV is offering clean water made from AIR. Brilliant
technology coming to aid victims.
26Watergen in Action – Kerala Flood
August 2018, severe floods affected the south Indian
state of Kerala.
Over 483 people died, at least a million people were
evacuated. According to the Kerala government, 1/6 of
the total population of Kerala had been directly affected
by the floods and related incidents.
Two GEN-350 units were installed in Alappuzha and
Pathanamthitta districts of Kerala by Watergen and
TATA Trusts.
Citizens that have been affected will receive great relief
from having access to the GEN-350 water-from-air
supply.

August 2017, Hurricane Harvey hit Texas.
The storm dumped more than 27 trillion gallons of rain
over Texas, making Harvey the wettest Atlantic
hurricane ever measured.
Causing about $125 billion in damage, Harvey ranks
as the second-most costly hurricane to hit the U.S.
mainland since 1900.
Watergen was working with the American Red Cross
and FEMA in the United States and sent few Large
Scale and Gen-350 machines to assist people by
providing clean and safe drinking water in the
aftermath of Hurricane Hervey.

September 2017, Hurricane Irma hit Miami, Florida
Hurricane Irma hit Florida as a Category 4 storm,
ripping off roofs, flooding coastal cities, and knocking
out power to more than 6.8 million people.
Irma is the fifth-costliest hurricane to hit the mainland
United States, causing an estimated $50 billion in
damage, according to the National Hurricane Center.
Watergen was working with the American Red Cross
and FEMA in the United States and sent few Large
Scale and Gen-350 machines to assist people by
providing clean and safe drinking water in the
aftermath of Hurricane Irma.
