If final payment has not been received by this date, the AAEP maintains the right to re-sell the booth space to the next company on the waiting list. These cases will be in a high traffic area and visible from both sides. A limited number of cases will be sold on a first-come basis. One company will be featured per case, and your company’s logo will appear on the case header. Cases will be locked and secured, and you will have access to your individual case throughout the show.
