Letter from Chairman Dear Trade Partner The South African Equine Veterinary Association (SAEVA) will be hosting its annual conference from 12-15 February 2018 at the Aventura Resort, Goudini Spa, in Cape Town. As always, the SAEVA Congress will prove to be a memorable experience, combining top science and a fine social programme. At the start of the conference we will be setting aside a session for exhibitors and sponsors to introduce their company (2 minutes each) Please provide us with a single power point slide introducing your company/products. The congress will be structured around the usual 4 days. The theme will centre on Diagnostic Imaging. Various sponsorship opportunities are available for your company in addition to a stand in the exhibition hall eg. South African Sponsorship of speakers, social functions and or 15 minute slots in the programme. The programme will allow enough time for delegates to visit the trade exhibition. Morning and afternoon breaks will be 35 - 45 minutes each with a 50 - Equine 60 minutes break for lunch. The exhibition area Veterinary will form a central Association hub where all meals will be served.
