The Trade-In, Trade-Up Rebate Offer is for new qualifying PELTOR™ purchases only (see chart on
page 3 for qualifying PELTOR™ Products).
The three ways to trade in, trade up are:
1. Trade in your non-3M earmuff and purchase a qualifying 3M™ PELTOR™ Product and receive a cash rebate
(see chart on page 3 for qualifying PELTOR™ products).
2. Trade in your hand held 2-way radio and purchase a qualifying 3M™ PELTOR™ Product and receive a cash rebate.
3. Trade up your current in-scope 3M™ PELTOR™ Product and purchase a qualifying higher tier PELTOR™
Communication Solution and receive a cash rebate.
Purchases must be made between January 1st, 2023 and December 31st, 2023. All rebate submission claims must be

Participation instructions
Register online at 3m.com/PELTORTradeIn. After a qualifying purchase is made, you must register the
transaction through the same site.
The proof-of-sale must include:
• Quantity of each qualifying SKU
• Distributor name where product was purchased
• Date of purchase
• Purchase order number
• A valid customer name
• Digital copy of your receipt of purchase showing the
part number and price • A valid customer address
• Digital image showing that you have decommissioned • A valid customer phone

Because the submission of your incentive program form is completed online, you are also responsible for obtaining access to the
internet.
Please allow 30-90 days for check processing.
3M reserves the right to review and approve or deny any submission.
Qualifying PELTOR™ products must be purchased by an end-user customer of such products. Products purchased from 3M by a
reseller or distributor for personal use are not eligible for this incentive program (i.e., stocking orders).
The amount shown for the incentive program are stated in United States dollars.
Restrictions
All rebate participants must be at least 18 years of age, and a legal resident of the country specified in their submission. This offer is
valid only in the United States, including the District of Columbia. This offer is void where prohibited.
This offer is available while supplies last.
Employees of 3M and their families or household members, affiliated companies and agencies, and licensed suppliers are not eligible
for this offer.

3M Trade In – Trade Up Deadlines
The 3M™ PELTOR™ Trade In – Purchases must be made between January 1st, 2023 and December 31st, 2023. All rebate submis-
sion claims must be received by 3M by January 31st, 2024.
If a product required for promotion redemption is returned in exchange for another qualifying product required for redemption, you
must provide adequate documentation to support the exchange transaction. You may be required to submit all receipts related to the
transaction. Include the product information and serial number label for the qualifying product for which you are claiming the rebate.
General Conditions
3M assumes no responsibility for incomplete, lost, late, mutilated, misdirected or illegible rebate submission entries nor
for electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communica-
tions line failure, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of data entry or application.
3M is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, serv-
ers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email or users because of technical problems or traffic congestion on the
Internet or combination thereof.
Providing false or duplicate information, or any information that violates the eligibility requirements of this offer, will result in
disqualification of your rebate submission PELTOR request. 3M reserves the right to deny and/or disregard any request deemed
to be false or fraudulent. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with this promotion will be ineligible for the
PELTOR offer and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
Note: Rebate checks will only be sent to the person, or company identified on your form. If this information is not completed, and/or if
terms and conditions are not met, the rebate will not be sent.
PELTOR™ Trade-In, Trade-Up Rebate Program is not responsible for printing errors. These Terms and Conditions, the copies of the
completed PELTOR™ rebate submission form, the proof-of-sale, and the serial number labels should be kept for your records.
3M may use the information submitted in your PELTOR™ Trade-In, Trade-Up Rebate Program claim submission in accordance with
the privacy policy posted on our website at www.3M.com/privacy.
