Welcome to Springetti 2022: Galatas in
Toyland! We are so excited to be back on the
Galatas Elementary campus after two years
hosting Springetti away. Springetti is a 26-year
Galatas tradition and although it may look a bit
different, fun memories will be made.
Our goal is to ensure continued funding for
educational programs, technology, and
enrichment activities for our kids. It is your
generosity that makes this possible!

possible at Galatas Elementary through our fundraising efforts!
Our dollars and volunteer hours help make Galatas one of the
most desirable elementary schools in our community and in Texas.

Roughly 200 students served, allowing teachers to focus
on classroom curriculum while students needing extra help
receive small group focus.

Winners will be posted in the Cafeteria at 8:15pm
Kindergarten- 88 reversible piece puzzle. Every
piece fits together, so the combinations are
endless! Every kindergarten student and teacher
worked together to make a unique work of art.
1st Grade- 16”x20” Toy Story Painting. Each
first grade student painted a brush stroke,
resulting in a one of a kind canvas painting.
2nd Grade- 16”x20” Lego Figure Painting. Each
second grade student had a hand in this colorful
fingerprint painting.
3rd Grade- 45 piece Giant Tumbling Tower.
Each student decorated a side to a block. The
tower starts at 30 inches tall and can reach
heights of 4 feet or taller! Storage crate
included.
4th Grade Top Dogs- 40”x50” Handmade Rag
Quilt using Galatas School shirts from every year
the Top Dogs have been in school, since 2017!
Every 4th grade student signed the back of the
quilt which highlights their high school

For Auctions and Raffles you do not need to be present to win.
Silent Auction
·Bid numbers are used to bid in all auctions, buy it now items, and Superstar
sponsorships.
·Amount of bid must be made in whole dollar amount (no cents allowed).
·Please remember to put your bid number next to your bid to ensure chances of
winning.
·The closing bid will be highlighted by a committee member and shall constitute the
winning bid. Any monitor closing a table may not bid or have a family member bid on
an item on that table.
·In the event of a highly contested item, at the request of the bidder, a sealed bid will
be accepted.
Disclaimers
·Any item not paid for at Springetti will be subject to an 8.25% sales tax.
·Any items not claimed by Monday, April 11 will be sold to the next highest bidder.
·Winners of prizes with alcohol must be 21 or older.
·You are financially responsible for the use of your bid number!
·Unless otherwise specified, all auction items and services must be used within 1 year.
·Reservations for trips, hotels, vacation homes, etc. must be mutually agreed upon and
arranged with the donor unless otherwise specified.
·By his or her purchase(s), the buyer waives any claims for liability against Galatas
Elementary School, Galatas Elementary PTO, or the donor of the item or services.
Neither the school nor the donor is responsible for any personal injury or damage to
property that may result from the use of the purchase.
·Galatas Elementary School and Galatas Elementary PTO shall not be held responsible
for the correctness of descriptions or condition of items purchased.
·ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Everything will be sold “as is.” Please read the specifications
and limitations carefully. No exchanges or refunds on auction items are permitted. The
bidder is financially responsible for the use of his or her bid number. It is the bidder’s
responsibility to transport all purchased items.

·If you are not signed up for Express Pay you may do so at Check-In.
·Find a volunteer with an iPad and they can swipe your credit card to register.
·You may also register or update your card in the Technology Lab.
